DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PLAN YOUR TRIP IN ADVANCE AND GO TO AYERS ROCK RESORT. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They are rude, take more than 72hrs to reply to and have poor customer service. However, the Trip.com customer service was exceptional and tried their best to help. The hotel even took a ridiculous amount of time to reply to Trip services. They are AWFUL! Do not go there!!!

I was travelling with friends and this was the only suitable option in the summer if you wanted to hike Kings Canyon as Kings Creek was closed. There is a kitchen with a fridge and freezer where you can store your food, with kitchen equipment available for hire from reception. It's nice to cool off and relax in the swimming pool after a long drive from Alice Springs. You'll be able to see a bunch of wildlife if it's nice and quiet. We could see the Field of Lights from outside our room which was an added bonus. Showers are comfortable, however they could provide soap like other places to make it convenient. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Fuel is cheaper here than other fuel stations enroute so it's best to top up before you leave to avoid being stranded. I'd happily stay here again in the height of summer as it's a good rest point.

The kids loved the outdoor pool. The room was a little far from the shared toilet, shower, and parking lot. Since we ate out, we did not use the communal kitchen. They sold sweets, bread, fruits, frozen foods, etc., but they were expensive. Since I checked out early in the morning, I had no complaints about the room.

Schönes Zimmer mit modernem Bad und Terrasse. Insgesamt sehr schöne Anlage in toller Landschaft. Ausgesprochen nettes Personal. Ausgangspunkt für den Kings Canyon Rim Walk. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I was positively surprised. Clean hotel with high quality buildings and infrastructure. We had a room with own bathroom and shower. All in all very happy and can recommend this hotel to everyone!

Judging from the location of the hotel, it is understandable that there are bugs in the room. The hotel environment is okay. I didn't feel like there was any service. The facilities are average.

We stayed in the refurbished deluxe rooms and they were great. Felt modern and new. Staff were very friendly and helpful,

Great place to stay close to Kings Canyon Walking Trails. facilities great for camping or overnight stays in accomodation with great airconditioning. Restraunt and bar much more affordable then others in the area. Good meals and service right from the time of check in.

The service attitude of the hotel staff is very unfriendly, they are patient and gentle. The hotel is clean and tidy, the suites are well decorated and designed, and the resort facilities are complete. Basically, there is nothing to worry about.
