Listed in Urulo area, but actually it is far away from where I expected to visit. Terrible cheating!!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. PLAN YOUR TRIP IN ADVANCE AND GO TO AYERS ROCK RESORT. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They are rude, take more than 72hrs to reply to and have poor customer service. However, the Trip.com customer service was exceptional and tried their best to help. The hotel even took a ridiculous amount of time to reply to Trip services. They are AWFUL! Do not go there!!!

I was travelling with friends and this was the only suitable option in the summer if you wanted to hike Kings Canyon as Kings Creek was closed. There is a kitchen with a fridge and freezer where you can store your food, with kitchen equipment available for hire from reception. It's nice to cool off and relax in the swimming pool after a long drive from Alice Springs. You'll be able to see a bunch of wildlife if it's nice and quiet. We could see the Field of Lights from outside our room which was an added bonus. Showers are comfortable, however they could provide soap like other places to make it convenient. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Fuel is cheaper here than other fuel stations enroute so it's best to top up before you leave to avoid being stranded. I'd happily stay here again in the height of summer as it's a good rest point.

I was positively surprised. Clean hotel with high quality buildings and infrastructure. We had a room with own bathroom and shower. All in all very happy and can recommend this hotel to everyone!

This is my favorite hotel in the whole trip! The stay experience was completely beyond my expectations. The restaurant in the resort is very good, with many choices, and the business hours include breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rest of the activities that can be booked are all near the hotel, which is very convenient for travel!

The room is large and clean, but the public bathroom is not very convenient. The environment is spacious, parking is convenient, and there is basically no network signal. The public kitchen has a microwave and hot water, so you can cook.

We stayed one night and everything went well. The breakfast is ok and the pool is nice after a day of hiking.

I didn't make it on my solo trip, and I wasted a lot of money! It would be great if there was a transfer policy.

The service staff is a bit arrogant because there is only one hotel here! The buffet breakfast food is very good, the coffee is smooth, the fruits are fresh, the bread is fragrant, the signal is not good, and the bathroom is average!

The kids loved the outdoor pool. The room was a little far from the shared toilet, shower, and parking lot. Since we ate out, we did not use the communal kitchen. They sold sweets, bread, fruits, frozen foods, etc., but they were expensive. Since I checked out early in the morning, I had no complaints about the room.

Judging from the location of the hotel, it is understandable that there are bugs in the room. The hotel environment is okay. I didn't feel like there was any service. The facilities are average.

Explore Kings Canyon Hotels. It costs more than 800 RMB a day, and there is no water and toilet in the room. Go to the public bathroom to take a shower, and go to the public restroom at night or at night. No change of towels, cleaning. There is also Spider-Man in the room.
