The hotel is good, except for the insects in the rooms. We had to change rooms because of cockroaches. The staff were accommodating, of course – they first offered to spray and did so, but on the second day, we had cockroaches again. They sprayed again. However, we insisted on moving to a room on a higher floor. Perhaps the cockroaches were only on the first floor, as the patio doors had gaps and the main entrance door had a large gap at the bottom. I have no complaints about the hotel staff; they tried to resolve the issue for the first two days and eventually moved us to a room two floors higher. There were no cockroaches there, but there were ants and lizards. Overall, we didn't sleep for three nights and were very tired. We decided not to extend our stay and moved to another hotel. We came to relax, not to catch cockroaches all night… Besides, it's disgusting when cockroaches crawl over your belongings right before your eyes. It’s unhygienic and violates sanitation standards. Otherwise, the hotel is decent. It matches its category and price, so I won't significantly lower the rating. The breakfast was excellent: varied, with something new every day, plenty of meat dishes, fruits, vegetables, sauces, jams, delicious natural juices (three kinds), tea, coffee, and a very large selection of sweets and pastries: croissants, cream puffs, tarts, and even a cake once. Plus the standard items: eggs, bacon, soup, toast, cereals with milk, and yogurts. The grounds are beautiful, large, and well-maintained, with two large pools and two children's pools. The water is clean and warm. The beach is clean and wide. The waves were big, so swimming wasn't possible. There were enough sun loungers for everyone. On the grounds, there's a kids' club and a playground with swings and slides, as well as a beautiful pond with fish. The reception area is also nice. Upon check-in, we were offered a welcome cold drink, which was a pleasant touch. We checked in quickly, in five minutes, even before the official check-in time. The rooms are nice, spacious, and quite clean. They have everything you need: roomy wardrobes, nightstands, a safe, a desk, two armchairs with a small table, a kettle, cups with saucers, glasses, water, tea, coffee, napkins, a hairdryer, and an umbrella. The beds are large and comfortable, the mattresses firm, and the pillows soft. Beach towels are also provided in the room on the nightstand. The air conditioning cools well, but it's inconveniently located right above the beds, making it cold to sleep at night. The staff are friendly, willing to accommodate, and ready to resolve any issues. The reception desk operates 24/7.

For those looking to learn surfing, windsurfing, or kitesurfing, this location is perfect. However, if you want to visit Bokeo Street or people-watch, you'll need to take a Grab or walk for about 30 minutes. Also, if you go to Bokeo for seafood, you absolutely *must* try the razor clams with morning glory stir-fry – it's incredible!

This hotel boasts a long stretch of beach, a beautiful infinity pool, and great rooms. We had a lovely side sea view on the sunrise side. We got around Mui Ne by taxi. The breakfasts were amazing, especially with the sea view – that's really important! The hotel has a green, well-maintained, and cozy property.

This hotel barely scrapes by as a 4-star. Its positives are its location, the wide beach, and plenty of available sun loungers (no need to wake up at 6 AM!), plus excellent breakfasts. Now for the downsides – the cleaning! And it's not even about the quality. The system was completely incomprehensible during our 20-day stay; sometimes they'd clean at 11 AM, sometimes at 2 PM, 4 PM, or even 6 PM. You'd see the cart outside the door, then they'd leave, and two hours later, nothing had been done. Towel changes seemed completely random – if it looked clean, they'd just fold it and leave. Beach towels are also exchanged in the room; if you're at the beach or pool with your own, there's no exchange, and you end up chasing staff around for one. The mattress is very firm, which you can get used to, but the pillows, oh my goodness, I never got used to them. The balconies were dirty, and the windows could at least be cleaned once a week. In the last couple of days before we left, they started renovations in our building (the one closest to the sea) – more like cosmetic touch-ups, but at least it'll be cleaner. On weekends, a lot of locals arrive, and it gets very noisy, whereas weekdays are much more relaxing. Also, there's a varied crowd of our compatriots; the first two weeks were very calm, then a real 'Tagil' group checked in. But overall, Vietnam is wonderful. I adore Mui Ne despite its sometimes rough sea; the food is delicious and cheap, and thanks to the wind, there's no suffocating heat. You can also get a decent massage for an affordable 170,000 VND. Almost forgot – the coffee, of course, is the most delicious and varied!

The sheets were dirty, and when I asked for them to be changed, they bizarrely requested a deposit. The environment was nice, breakfast was good, and there were plenty of dining options nearby.

I liked the hotel, though breakfast was quite a walk from our building. The beach area was spotless, clearly well-maintained. We stayed in two different rooms over nearly three weeks and had no complaints at all.

This is by far one of the hotels with the best amenities we’ve experienced in Vietnam. Things We Loved: Excellent resort amenities – two swimming pools, direct beach access, and free breakfast. Beachfront relaxation – sunbeds are available for guests to relax and chill by the beach. Great location – walking distance to convenience stores and nearby restaurants. Spotless housekeeping – rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed without needing to request or remind staff. Very helpful reception staff – the receptionist assisted us in booking our sleeper bus to Đà Lạt, which made our trip so much easier. Friendly and attentive staff – everyone was welcoming, polite, and professional. Well-maintained resort – amenities, pools, and common areas are consistently clean and well taken care of throughout the entire resort

I don’t know why it has 4 stars, actually. It deserves just 2stars maybe. I booked the room the day before checkin (non-refundable), it was written - the 6th floor. When I arrived (about 3:45pm) the reception told me, they’re fully booked and have no room for me. I showed my booking, in 15min they finally found it. Then they said: “because you made a reservation in the afternoon, you have to wait for 10min, we will clean the room”, though the booking was made on the day before, not today’s afternoon. I was waiting for 30min, the room still was not ready. When they gave me the room, that was GROUND floor!!! Not the 6th floor. And the room was facing the noisy swimming pool. I asked for another room, they were looking for it again, showed me another one, which was on the 1st floor. I was too tired to wait for another room and chose the 2nd one. But that was my mistake! The room was very dirty, seems no cleaning at all, even someone’s poops on the floor. And the room is next to the elevator, every 5min I heard the sound of the elevator, people passing by and talking loudly Uncomfortable bed, uncomfortable pillow. The breakfast is poor, coffee is terrible (i went outside for a coffee after the breakfast). I was lucky that I had just 1 night here. Never again!

Hard bed, noisy aircon, noisy bathroom extractor , no hot water in the bathroom , swimming pool very large and pleasant .

The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, and the beach is huge with soft white sand. The breakfasts are decent, though the room is a bit dated. Upon check-in, we were given a note stating that no outside food or drinks were allowed in the hotel, probably due to ants. We still brought some in and ate and drank on the beach. The grounds are very beautiful, and the pool is warm. It's a great hotel for the price.

Room with view on a garden is great. Breakfasts options are diverse and tasty, swimming pools are clean. I definitely recommend this hotel
