The hotel’s brochure pictures look great, but they don’t convey the unpleasant reality of the first-floor rooms. There was a strong moldy odor, and when we checked other rooms on the same floor with the hotel staff, all of them had the same smell. Only when we tried a room on the upper floor was the air fresh. The new room was at a lower rate, but the hotel only agreed to a partial refund, claiming we weren’t entitled to a full one due to their cancellation policy 🤨. This was very frustrating, as our request to change rooms was due to poor conditions, not by choice for any other reason.

Great location. Lots of restaurants, bars etc in the area. Short walk to the pier. Friendly staff. Breakfast quite average, not much choice. Needs a manned poolside bar. All in yes I would go back to this hotel.

The hotel was OK in overall. The floor was a bit dirty otherwise it was a real 4star hotel.

This hotel was very nice and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Phi phi. Very helpful and nice staff as well.

Great hotel for an overnight stay while visiting the Phi Phi Islands. Nice location, lovely pool and beach access

The hotel is located at the best possible place. Close to everything.. We used it as base for our Diving.
Service was great and them did their best to provide what we asked for. Rooms are spacious (three persons). Relaxing @pool with bar overlooking the Nice Beach.
I would recommend to any traveller without hesitation.
