The staff were really friendly and professional and the hotel offers free coffee and water , which was nice But it’s too noisy with the traffic from the room and I saw a huge rat cross the landing

Aircon was rubbish!! Room so small! An accused of using coffeee, e.t.c which we never touched. Won’t be staying there again.

Amazing. Loved it

This was my first budget hotel after a high standard hotel in Pursat so my opinion was coloured by that. It was clean for age of building. Sheets bedding clean and well presented. When arrived was left to work out cooler, TV which I couldn’t find remote if there was one. Bathroon, toilet tiny. Morning staff more helpful.

Good location. Many shops, eateries and restaurants nearby. It is overall good and value for money.

11:40 The staff called to ask if I wanted to check out. I replied that I would think about it first. Then I got up to take a shower. At 12:02, they turned off all the lights in the room even though I hadn't checked out yet. I don't know if the staff called to ask me again. When I was taking a shower, I didn't hear it, but they just turned off all the lights like this?

Was good for the price. Very clean and great location.

Excellent location, close to Riverbank, Palace and shopping malls. Good customer service and house keeping staff. Great to have brewed coffee at the reception.

I can recommend to stay this Hotel, Very high cost and performance. There is special nothing, but Cambodia ordinary day is there. And very easy to somewhere.

The staff greeted me with a big smile and carried my bags up the steep stairs. The room was bright, clean and had a shared balcony to watch over the busy streets. Good location and lots of tuktuks to get around. Would be happy to stay here again.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in and I didn’t get the room I booked because according to the receptionist they were fully booked, promised to change my room the next day but didn’t! The hotel is dirty with bad smell in the room 😡 ! The room was not clean and I have to wait half an hour for them to clean and I stay 3 nights and the cleaner didn’t even until I checked out 😡

The room is very spacious. The place is close to almost anything you want to go in downtown Phnom Penh. However, the room smells weird maybe because of the drainage. The WiFi is quite hard to connect with. Nevertheless, the staff is very friendly and allowed us to check out late (1:00 PM)

Cool spot. The bed and bathroom were clean for the price. The place could use a deep clean in the nooks and crannies of the toilet seat. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The only suggestion besides a little more cleaning is to not bother people until it is checkout time. They called and woke me up almost 2 hours before checkout, even though I booked another night the evening before. I unplugged the phone so I could sleep, so they pounded on my door non-stop while I was in the shower almost an hour before checkout time. It should be noted that the staff went out of their way to be very helpful and polite with me the whole time. They really did go above and beyond. But getting woke up and bothered in the shower is pretty annoying. I looked around at other places and this place did seem to be the best hotel for the money in the area by a long shot. So I will be coming back here when I am in the area next time. I recommend the Cafe Bora to eat, drink, and relax.
