This is a must-stay hotel in Phnom Penh! It has a distinct Southeast Asian style, and the service is consistently excellent. The gym and pool are well-equipped. What always leaves the deepest impression on me is the bowl of noodles at breakfast.

Location is good for me is behind old Phnom Penh airport. Breakfast variety choose but try to change some different and cake.

hotel is not large area but looks like palm beach hotel it's really nice. we have 3days convenient and relaxed holidays here. breakfast was nice

The hotel is quite far from the city's main airport (about an hour's drive, which is lengthy) and is also a bit distant from the main street and the flower market. Otherwise, it's a very pleasant resort. I enjoyed the spacious room and the lush greenery surrounding it. The breakfasts were fairly good, though they could use a little improvement. An interesting hotel. Definitely set up for Chinese tourists. Room was excellent and very clean. Outdoor pool starting to look very old, no bar on site despite still being advertised, nice garden setting but a long way from town in PP traffic.

This hotel was fantastic. Rooms were big, spacious, and clean. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. We were only there for one night before we caught a flight, but I would stay there again for sure. One of the nicest rooms we had in Cambodia

I always stayed at this hotel and considered it one of the best in the city. But this time, my experience was ruined. I was covered in bed bugs. I woke up in the morning with red spots and itchy bites. And no, they're not mosquitoes. Please get rid of the bed bugs. Disinfect the rooms, especially the beds. The room also smelled incredibly strongly of cigarettes; I had to air it out for half a day to get rid of the smell.

Bali hotel is my family as I stay here ever month when business trip in Phnom Penh. Their Pest Control is good and hygiene standard is meeting standard. The hotel staff is helpful.

Clean, peaceful and great amenities. At first, the reception assigned me to a room that could not be opened by the key card so I had to call the attention of the hotel staff and I was assigned to another room. Accuracy of room assignment from the receptionist is important specially that guests are tired and inpatient to wait. But overall it was a great stay.
