**Hotel Review**
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The highlight of my visit was definitely the stunning balcony view—waking up to that every morning was a dream. The in-suite bathtub was also fabulous; it was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.
Room service exceeded my expectations; every meal was delicious and promptly delivered. I was particularly impressed with the daily cleaning service; the room was maintained to a high standard, making it feel fresh and inviting throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel provided a wonderful experience with impeccable service and luxurious amenities. I can’t wait to return!
I came here from the bustling hotel on the opposite square. I stayed here just for the quietness. It was really quiet and the environment was pretty good. In the evening, Phnom Penh celebrated the opening of the canal and watched fireworks.
The hotel is an old five-star hotel. In fact, it is not very old. It opened in 2015, less than 10 years ago. When we came in 2008, there were no high-rise buildings on the other side of the river. This hotel is ”big”. It is very big. Whether it is the outside, the corridor or the room, it is big. It takes a long time to open the door. There are many restaurants in the hotel. I wanted to go to the Chinese building on the first floor, but it was not open. I went to a Japanese restaurant on the 19th floor. The taste was okay, but the waiting time was too long.
If you go out of the hotel at night, there is no supermarket, just a night market, all for eating, and there is a ”mobile bar”, where locals eat and drink. It is by the river and has a canopy, which is also quite interesting. I stayed there for one night and went to Singapore the next day. It was a good transit.
The hotel breakfast is OK, the price/performance ratio is quite high, the occupancy rate is not high, I am worried about them 😟, the front desk service is OK, not particularly enthusiastic, but what should be said is also said. If you don't like lively and noisy places, I recommend staying here.
The room was spacious and had a kitchen and washing machine, which was very nice. Check-in took a little while due to system issues, but it was a very satisfying one-night stay. I will visit again next time I come to Phnom Penh.

Kam wel terug,
Firstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.
Recommend for couple stay. The room is huge. The facility is great and service is amazing. One service which could upgrade will be the television program or should have more available up to date movie to people to enjoy. Really like the swimming pools and the out door space. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner are amazing.

GGuest UserThe room is very big, the waiter is also very enthusiastic and can speak Chinese. I am very satisfied
KKongqi2025The room is clean, the breakfast is exquisite, and the facilities are complete.
Fitness, treadmill, swimming pool are upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs is an infinity pool. The breakfast dining environment is great. I also encountered wild birds flying over. It was a surprise. I stayed here for three days and it was a very good experience!
The restaurant waiters should practice English more. The service attitude is still very good.
