Service is excellent

Delicious breakfasts and a lot of help from our butler Jane, free buggy to the beach and back, nice food market in 10 minutes walk, we had a great stay, thank you

The rooms, the cleanness, everything is perfect. And the most amazing thing is the exclusive butler, she had perfectly delivered every things we asked for, no matter what time was it, even in the midnights. Overall, staying in this resort was one of our perfect experience in this trip of Phu Quoc!

The location of the hotel was convenient, they had buggies to pick us up from the night market, and the facilities was clean and large. But on the other hand, there was no actual sign for the hotel name, and we got lost and unsure, there was also no security officers at night, which meant anyone could break in. It was overall a good hotel to stay in with comfort.

This villa is brand new, with everything clean and comfortable. I felt truly cared for by the manager, Ryan—he’s simply the best! He goes above and beyond, managing everything with genuine dedication and ensuring all his visitors have an amazing experience.

Hanna has provided very good services and support such as arranging buggy to take us around the nearby night market and beach as well as free airport drop off. She also gave us good suggestions of restaurant and spa. The resorts are new and there are different water activities nearby.

Complex is totally fresh and new, I have a feeling I was a first guest at villa where we were living. Stuff is friendly and polite. Highly recommend for family vacation.

Hotel location: Located in the central part of Phu Quoc Island, about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the airport. It belongs to an area called Doung Dong, and there are many large resorts nearby, such as Novotel and Pullman. Hotel design: This hotel group has two major villa areas, namely Andocine and Residence. The reception is in Andocine. The villas here are considered to be developed. Many villas have private swimming pools and are usually three-story. The Residence area we chose to live in has not been fully developed yet. It seems that there are only about five or six villas that have been renovated and ready for occupancy. The villas in this area are all three-story, some have private swimming pools, and some only have gardens and outdoor chairs. Hotel Facilities: Andocine has a poolside restaurant and a public pool area, where you can rent bicycles and it is located right on the beach. The Residence is about a 15-minute walk from Andocine and you can choose to take a golf buggy. There is a small shopping mall closer to their group, which contains a supermarket, restaurant, cafe and cinema. The restaurant is a breakfast buffet located on the 4th floor. There is also a public swimming pool area here, but it seems to belong to a cafe called Coffee Corner. The supermarket has a wide range of goods, which can meet daily needs as well as purchase souvenirs. There is a private parking space outside the Villa, which is very convenient if you rent a car. Near the hotel: It is not in the city center, but there is a night market and a pedestrian street within a 10-minute walk. There are massage shops, coffee shops and many Korean restaurants. Hotel facilities: The basement is the living room, dining room and kitchen, with a small bathroom. The living and dining room have ample space, and the kitchen facilities are sufficient, with a microwave, induction cooker, cooking utensils, etc. Spoons are available, but you need to ask the hotel for knives and forks. You may need to proactively inquire with the hotel about the room cleaning, as we found that it was not proactively cleaned every day.

It's a little bit far from the Sonasi area, but it was great because they run a buggy. It seems like a great place to travel with family. Highly recommended!

6 people stayed in 4 rooms, with airport pick-up, very convenient! Breakfast is included, the food is slightly different every day, acceptable! There are two swimming pools to choose from!

I booked a one-bedroom, but I don't know what the problem was, but they said there was no problem [Ghost Travel] I received a cancellation text and tried to look for another place My boyfriend really wanted to go here, so I booked a two-bedroom and went. We used the entire villa, and there was an elevator inside. It was too big for two people, but we had a great time The private pool was nice, and the water, drinks, and fruit were free~~ It was nice to talk to the person in charge individually through KakaoTalk. A person named Hanna helped us, and even though I was a huge bother, I was grateful that she helped me kindly. I'll visit again next time I have a chance.

It's still new and there aren't many reviews, but it was a very nice villa just as the reviews said. 🏠💓 The room was new, spacious, and comfortable! There was a supermarket and restaurant nearby, and the environment was quiet and nice. The front desk staff was polite and it was convenient to be able to contact them via app. It was also nice that they provided free transportation to the airport.◎ The pool was not as good as I expected, so next time I'd like to stay in a room facing the pool! Also, there were a lot of gnats, so I think I should install insect repellent.

The location is convenient, about 10 minutes' drive from the airport, about 40 minutes' drive to Pearl Paradise in the north, and about 15 minutes' drive to Sunset Town in the south. The hotel is new and clean, consistent with the photos, and the service is very good. After check-in, there is a dedicated person to follow up on what's app throughout the process. The hygiene is good. Someone cleans the room every day. If I have the chance, I will choose to stay here again👍🏻

I chose this because I needed a 4-bedroom, and it is a good value for money place.
