We were truly impressed by the hospitality andf attention to detail. They made our stay extra special and I can honestly say that we would go back to it. This beautiful resort has its own private beach and it's absolutely breathtaking. The food could dfo with variety but the breakfast was delicious. We travel a lot and this is definitely one of our favourite places of all times. The staff was absolutely amazing and super helpful and friendly. It was our anniversary and they surely pull out all stops. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Make sure to go for the snorkeling...the guide is great and very professional and fun. We will be back soon. R&B

The customer service exceeded our expectations. They really thought of every little detail! The entire resort staff were friendly, personal and helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

We booked 4 hotels in Phu Quoc Island. Chen Sea Hotel was the last and most anticipated night. However, Chen Sea was the worst overall. It was not as good as the first three (Ocean Bay, Hilton, Sheraton) in terms of environment, breakfast, service, etc. The price/performance ratio was extremely low. The villa cost 4,000 per night, but we couldn't see the sea. We wanted to check out half an hour later, but were told that there would be a fee for the delay. At 12 o'clock, they called us to urge us. The experience was extremely bad. I seriously doubted that Xiaohongshu asked for good reviews!

My friend was traveling with me, but they said that my friend could not go to the guest room and only allowed me to go. I argued with the waiter for a long time and was about to agree. First of all, there is nothing to eat here. There is only one restaurant. The soda outside is 7000 VND. It is 70,000 VND here, which is ten times the price. So the food here is very expensive and not delicious. There is nothing to eat for breakfast except bread and eggs 🍳.
