The private island villa with 360 panoramic sea views, free speedboat transfer services from the charter. The room was perfect and cozy with in room bathtub. Overall service was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Literally a paradise!! I would love to come back in the near future

Service is good but a bit slow. Sometimes, I need to remind the staff a couple of times to do something. Place is a bit pricey, compared to phuket, but overall us good.

This hotel was the highlight of our trip! This resort is beach front and the breakfast/restaurant choices is amazing! Definitely would come here again!

Hotel is beautiful with beachfront swimming pool and another one with playground, room provides slippers and night rope, it’s quiet compared to to Phuket island definitely good place to chill and relax, room is big with 24 hours shuttle service to carry you around within the resort, but I don’t have a very good experience here because the staff doesn’t seem friendly, most of them barely smile, more of a poke face or even a cold face, which makes you felt not welcomed. Will not come back

The standards of this hotel were extremely disappointing, as reflected in the following aspects: 1. Distance and Accessibility: The rooms are very far from the reception and the swimming pool, making them difficult to reach on foot. Getting anywhere requires calling a buggy through the front desk, which is very inconvenient. 2. Front Desk Service: The service at the front desk is extremely slow. It takes one hour to get a service, often requiring two to three follow-ups to receive what you need. The phone in the room frequently doesn’t work, and reporting this to the front desk had no effect. As a result, we had to use international roaming to contact the reservation desk to connect to the front desk. Overall, the service was highly disappointing. 3. Activities and Charges: The hotel has virtually no organized activities. Most of the activities available require additional charges, which are quite high. For comparison, other hotels in Thailand typically offer activities like kayaking and cycling for free, but here, they come at a significant cost. 4. Breakfast: The breakfast options are very limited, and the service is mediocre. The noodles served were the worst I have ever tasted. 5. Room Lighting: The room’s lights turn off automatically, even when someone is in the room reading. 6. Humidity: The rooms are very humid, and the bedding feels damp. We tried using the air conditioning for dehumidification, but it kept turning off automatically. 7. Staff Attitude: The attitude of the staff was very poor. Our luggage was delayed by over two hours upon arrival. When we were leaving, the luggage did not have a tag to alert the staff, and their response was extremely impatient. 8. Beach and Pool: Both the beach and pool are very ordinary. I would not recommend traveling such a long distance to stay at such a mediocre hotel.

Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy, that why they upgraded us. I advise you to bring with you something to snack on instead of ordering from the restaurant, which is a bit overpriced. also, the main pool got some green spots they promised they would remove. overall it a very good option for couples who want some quiet time away from busy phuket. I would come back if they solved the language and pool thing. like any tropical place, take care of geckos and mosquitoes. but room services react quickly to geckos

The experience is amazing

Nice hotel, super friendly and nice staff, getting around with the golf car is really convenient Love the variety of pools and the amazing buffet breakfast. Unfortunatelly the sea and the beach is not the best, but other than that it was great.

Service is good. For dinner, the restaurant seemed cheap compared to the price of a five-star hotel. I liked the interior of the room very much. Free shuttle boat was convenient and knew this after booking the hotel. Recommend to stay longer than one night.

You gotta review the food price menu and the restaurant service ( very slow ) I had to order water form three different waiters so I could get one but no gonna deny the fact that the resort has good breakfast and food

Everything is fantastic, you can feel in paradise

The facility is inconvenient and we have 2 rooms, a total of 3 girls. firstly they agreed we can arrange in the same area, cause it's a bit safe and easy to find my friend, so give us 1 room first. The 2nd room is ready, give us the room in another area, a bit far, we try to change in the same location, the reception staff doesn't want to help us, this situation that makes us very uncomfortable. Can the hotel staff take responsibility if something happens to another friend of ours

Beautiful place with a lot of activities to join, we are so enjoy with all the facilities provided. We get a free upgrade to pool view room. Appreciate so much
