The two women at the front desk weren't very proficient in either Chinese or English. Front desk and bellhop service were mediocre, but the security guards were diligent. If the booking price is reasonable, these issues might be acceptable. I suggest checking low-rated reviews before booking; if you can live with the mentioned problems, then go ahead and reserve, as you're likely to encounter them. There are many Chinese guests, which might be why the hotel service feels dismissive. After dark, an entire building full of Chinese guests and their children were making a lot of noise. At check-out time around noon, the lobby was even louder with so many Chinese guests gathered.

Great place! My family and friends loved it. For those who enjoy water activities, I highly recommend the pool rooms. The only minor downside is that some rooms can be a bit damp and a few are a bit far from the restaurant, requiring a bit more walking. It's also very close to Karon Beach. Just walk out of the lobby past a street lined with restaurants and massage places, and you're at the beach. Dining is very convenient. There are frangipani flowers all over the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was terrible, and I definitely don't recommend it. Upon check-in, there were three of us, and the front desk insisted on registering everyone. They immediately demanded extra payment for the child as a third person and for breakfast, with a very firm attitude, stating that we couldn't check in without paying, and our only option was to cancel. The communication experience was very poor. The room's interior design was strange, making for a very uncomfortable stay. The front desk staff's service attitude was awful; they rolled their eyes multiple times during our conversations, which was a very unpleasant experience. During our three-night stay, the room wasn't cleaned on the second night. Also, for three consecutive days, no toothbrushes were provided in the room. When we called the front desk to ask for toothbrushes, they simply replied that they didn't have any and wouldn't provide them. On the day of our departure, we left our luggage at the front desk. The staff repeatedly urged us to confirm our airport transfer and proactively offered to call a taxi for us, giving us the feeling of being constantly rushed and pushed to leave. The entire experience was very uncomfortable. Overall, the service fell far short of our expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel for families.

i really enjoyed this place. because there is have so many restaurants,pools and gym. its very peaceful place. i really like it. maybe next time i will choose this place

The room was really nice and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. We booked a pool access room, so we could just step out into the pool. The service was excellent, for instance, Peaw at the front desk was very patient and made us feel comfortable. The hotel also helps every guest with their luggage upon check-in, which is a great touch. All the staff greeted us warmly whenever we saw them. We've stayed here for many days now and will definitely choose this hotel again when we come back to Phuket. Plus, it's absolutely the closest hotel to Karon Beach; it's about a 5-minute walk to the beach if you turn right out of the hotel.

Good hotel, convenient location. Breakfasts are decent, but they get boring after a week. The price in summer is great, but it will be very expensive in high season. Not worth it.

The resort is quite large and has two entrances: a main gate for vehicles and a smaller gate leading to the beach. Both entrances have very helpful security guards who even salute us when we enter and exit, which adds a nice touch. Outside the small beach gate, you'll find massage parlors and restaurants on both sides, which is very convenient. There are also 7-Elevens near both gates. **Service:** The service was average, nothing particularly outstanding. The front desk staff were all male, and their attitude was a bit stiff, without much enthusiasm. However, this wasn't a big deal and didn't affect our stay or experience. **Facilities:** The hotel is a bit older, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. But we didn't spend much time in the hotel anyway, so it didn't impact our experience. The room was spacious, and we chose one with direct pool access. The pool was also quite large, which was a good experience. A unique feature in Phuket is that rooms don't typically allow three people. As a family of three with a 15-year-old child, we had to pay for an extra bed. Interestingly, each room already has a third bed, and if you request the extra bed service, staff will make it up with a pillow and blanket after you check in. We were upgraded and stayed in the Serena building, which I reviewed earlier. We loved the hotel so much we decided to extend our stay, but we were moved to the Sino building. The room is stylish, cozy, and clean. We were on the 3rd floor, which also has a pool. We love everything about it!

The room is bigger than expected, the location was good, many restaurants and 7-11 outside the hotels,the swimming pool can be further improve to add children friendly slide, gym room was well equipped and friendly and helpful staffs

We were on a road trip and decided to switch hotels from Patong to this one. Even though it's currently off-season, the front desk staff were excellent and very welcoming. We received a complimentary welcome drink and didn't have to pay a deposit, which was a nice touch. There are popular '网红' (influencer-favorite) restaurants on both sides of the hotel's back exit, and it leads directly to Karon Beach. The location is absolutely fantastic, and it offers incredible value for money. Definitely a top choice for anyone on a road trip!

A good hotel for a short stop. Everything you need is nearby: beach, massages, cafes and restaurants. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory: the main one is noisy, but the Sino building is very cozy. The staff kindly offered to check in earlier than the official check-in time, for which we thank them very much!

This hotel in Karon is super close to the beach, just across the road! The front desk staff speak Chinese, so communication was a breeze. They let us know upfront about the mini-bar charges, and the beer at 70 baht wasn't bad at all. They also provided two complimentary bottles of water every day. The staff were really friendly, and the little elephant was just adorable – it made our whole day! The hygiene was excellent; our room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Surprisingly, it wasn't humid at all, and there was no musty smell. We stayed on the second floor. Breakfast was delicious, and both the coffee and black tea were great. Overall, the environment was comfortable, and a huge plus, no mosquitoes! I'd recommend bringing a filtered shower head though. After just three days, our filter turned yellow, so the water quality definitely isn't the best.
