There is a starbuck nearby, and walking distance to kata night market. You can find many local foods there. The hotel facility is abit old but acceptable. The pool is good. But the breakfast is a bit upset, too little variety. But consider to this price, Im ok and satisfied. One last thing is the bed and pillow may need to upgrade or change a new one. Not comfortable as other 4 stars hotels.

The hotel is located up a very steep driveway. Therefore not recommended if you have any mobility issues as many of the rooms are further up the hill including the restaurant for breakfast. I had booked the deluxe pool view room. It was not suitable for my needs with my current mobility issues. The staff, especially DaDa were wonderful and changed me to a room more suited to my needs at no additional charge I would highly recommend the rooms with a pool off the room

Nice hotel, good location between two beaches Karon 5 mins walk Kata 10-15 mins walk. Nice swimming pools, cleaned daily. Room cleaning daily, new towels everyday. You get beach towels as well for swimming pool use. We had direct access to the pool from the room which I highly recommend. Downside is a mattress which is dated and needs replacement not that comfy and breakfast with limited choices. We ended up ordering breakfast from outside a few times.

We had a wonderful stay! The service was excellent — housekeeping was efficient, and the reception staff were always friendly, polite, and ready to help with anything we needed. Daily breakfast was tasty and well-organized, and the free shuttle service with a kind and helpful driver made everything even more convenient. The swimming pool is great, the hotel grounds are beautiful, and the beach is within walking distance. Although the furniture is a bit dated and we had a small issue with the door lock, it didn’t affect our experience. Overall, everything was very comfortable and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again next time! 👍🏻❤️

Very friendly people. The Room is clean with great garden view. 3 swimming pools. Close to the beach and dino minigolf.

staff lovely Breakfast terrible no choice very little. Area near bar noises all night in our room. Bed hard couldn’t sleep. Rubbish dropped down into our area every day. People smoking ******** all around us in hotel rooms on balcony. Bath was extremely dangerous to get into very large.

Decent location between two beaches. Breakfast is great. Pool is also nice. However, the room facilities are a bit old.

This hotel was amazing, the service was incredible, upon arrival we were given free honey butterfly tea and one of the staff helped us to our room with our bags. Not to mention we were given a free upgrade to a room with private pool access right outside our balcony and the room was decorated with flowers and balloons. The location was great too! It was directly in the middle of both Kata beach and Karon beach and lots of shops were nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay here again! The only issue was during the time of our stay the spa was undergoing renovations so we could not access it.

Suitable for young and fit individuals as it requires a steep incline to get to the reception and down slope to exit. From the reception there is a golf buggy available at all times to get to the hotel rooms. The breakfast is nice for the price point of the room and location. The pool was adequate and not much used by guests. Most guests are Russian or East European and friendly. The drainage system needs more working to get uninterrupted flow. Perhaps caused by guests flushing more than tissues. Notice in the rooms may help. Every room has a balcony which is an attraction. It is quiet at all times.

Very nice hotel, staff is great. Always fresh and clean, breakfast is great, even on hangover. Nearby shopping places, plenty of food.
