Facilities:
1. The breakfast was delicious, and the views were stunning – perfect for photos.
2. The floating breakfast, priced at an additional 999฿, was also quite tasty. (A word of caution about the hotel's Thai restaurant: we spent over 4000฿, and while the service and presentation were excellent, the food itself was quite disappointing.)
3. Just outside the hotel, there are a few restaurants. I'd suggest ordering Western set meals there; otherwise, service can be slow, and the quality isn't as consistent as the Western options (possibly because foreign tourists make up 95% of the clientele).
Cleanliness:
I didn't encounter any of the hygiene issues mentioned by others; both the room and the pool were exceptionally clean. Regarding the outdoor beach chairs, while you're expected to lay your room's towels on them, they weren't dirty in the first place.
The pool seemed to be heated.
I didn't get any mosquito bites and didn't even spot a single mosquito. There were also no other insects in the room.
Ambiance:
The environment is stunning, incredibly photogenic, and very relaxing.
Service:
One lady at the front desk had a rather indifferent attitude (she handled our check-in on the first day, which slightly soured our initial impression and caused me to deduct a star for service). All other staff members, however, were warm, enthusiastic, and polite.
The most commendable aspect is the 24-hour room service for food and drinks. This is truly perfect for a vacation and an absolutely essential amenity.
