The location of the hotel is by the sea, the pier is just going out, clean but a little small, suitable for children to live, renting a car is very convenient, the store family is very good, enthusiastically introduced us to the surrounding attractions, and also drove us to the attractions.

朋友推薦的民宿，隨處可見可愛風，住的星輝海景房，小仙女拍照真的太好看啦，後院天台的海景也不錯，老闆説因為民宿離海很近，很容易生銹牆面腐化，但是沒有我對它的喜愛，淡季過來價格很友好，老闆人也很好，幫我提巨大的箱子上樓，介紹附近好吃的餐廳，幫我電瓶車充電，給我旅程帶來無限歡樂～

觀景挺好，早上在屋頂上能看到日出，不過那邊是個港口，早上有漁船在卸貨，而且酒店後面目前正在改造，遮擋了一部分景色，地理位置一般，略偏，周圍1公里，衹有幾家吃的，但門口有超市也算勉強夠用。早上往仙人井方向去，名宿也比較多，那邊後面海灘和觀景很不錯。
酒店設施完善，該有的都有，我們住的是類似loft的房間，不過空間太小了，略擠，木製樓梯有些鬆動，感覺要壞了。房間蚊蟲有幾個，也算能接受。
老闆相對比較熱情，講話也還客氣。
酒店性價比不高，升級稍微大點房間都是50起步，整體評價中規中矩吧。

衞生條件真的很不理想，首先床單很多污漬，洗臉盆沒熱水，洗臉衹能去淋浴蹲着洗，晚上睡覺前拉窗簾，掉了一頭的牆壁灰，更加無語的是回民宿的時候門打不開，開了將近一個小時才把門打開。周圍是個碼頭，味道比較重，比較嘈雜！

流水碼頭可以坐輪渡去東癢島，坐輪渡才15塊錢，東癢島是爸爸去哪兒了拍攝地之一，島上的是原汁原味的平潭海島居民的生活環境和狀態，非常舒服漂亮

是在一個碼頭裡，衞生真的太差了…床品沒有一個乾淨的 有油點子和一粒粒黑色的灰塵，還好自己帶了三件套 不然不知道咋睡😓好就好在有個天台，早上起床上樓可以直接看到日出，不過不是海上日出，有點被山擋住了。還可以看到碼頭上漁民上班的情景，也是別樣的體驗

先説優點：接待都很友好，有問題聯繫也會及時處理。
節假日漲價可以理解，但也希望配套可以跟上，平時二百一晚還有空房，五一期間一千四一晚趕上星級酒店的價位了，但是相應的設施沒有很好。
就衹説房間吧，首先房間空調用不了最後給退了一百塊錢。
其次房間衞生條件就很嗯…牙具都還是開封過的，問説是牙膏過期了所以就把包裝拆開衹換了牙膏…但是開封了的牙刷讓人用着心裏很彆扭啊…洗護用品衹有個洗髮沐浴二合一的沒牌子的小瓶，連個護髮素都沒有，其他毛巾啥的就更別説了，都一千四了好歹多花一點成本啊，挺過三年不容易，但是誰的錢也不是大風颳來的，感覺這裏住宿衹適合對住處沒有任何要求衹要有張床睡的人，其他方面真的差強人意，反正愛乾淨的人別住這裏，有很多民宿在軟硬件方面都做得不錯，價格還比這裏低，寫這些希望店家能虛心接受，之後有所改善，現在能寫個客觀的評價不容易，很多都抹不開人情寫個差不多的，就我們這次入住而言總體很難給到好評。

性價比：
五一期間入住兩晚，900多的價格感覺性價比可能略低，可能平時會好一點
設施：
第一晚入住的圖1，叫銀魚，洗澡的時候水會流到衞生間，建議整改；因為不能反鎖第二晚調到了圖2，房間感覺會大一些，但廁所的門特別重，有一定危險性，建議修繕一下；走之前拍了一下最後一張圖，應該是最好的一個房間
衞生：
是最不滿意的一點，住銀魚的時候發現床底下還有蜘蛛網，建議打掃一下
環境：
因為就在碼頭邊，大卡車的聲音會比較吵；但後院能看到海，還能手動擋藍眼淚，這一點不錯
服務：
店長大爺挺熱心的，會告訴你哪裡吃飯，什麼時候容易有藍眼淚，這個不錯
