Zafiro Palace Alcudia

We stayed at this hotel with our family. 6yr old and 3 yr old. We wouldn't say this is a 5star hotel it is a 4 , 4+ at best. We arrived late on a Friday evening to find that they hadn't even made the bed up in our room for the children to sleep. The towels in the room are poor quality and numerous times we had towels with holes and dirt on them. Same as the linen for the beds, it had holes in it. The bathroom smelt of urine and the sink smelt of sewage. They did move us after we complained of the smell. The entertainment in the evening is poor so it is lucky that there is the town near by to walk too. When booking excursions do your research and go down to the port before hand to choose. We were recommended by the hotel to do the cave snorkeling one but you actually spend an hr of the trip in total collecting and dropping of other passengers then it is a 25minute journey each way to get over to the cave area. We went inside one cave for a few minutes and wasn't even able to snorkle inside as it is sold and you got about 30mins in a small bay to snorkle. Don't waste your money. The restaurants are OK. There is not much choice for children though literally chicken nuggets, pasta, pizza or burgers. No vegetables. It is well located but for the price you pay you would expect more. We had to lift our own luggage in from our transfer to the hotel and there was no drink on arrival.

Stayed a week at Zafiro Palace in Alcudia in Mallorca. It’s a wonderful place with beautiful gardens and great food. The staff was very friendly, professional and serviceminded. Its a great hotel for families with great pools and entertainment. It offers more for charter tourists that want that extra service.

The staff were great, nice and respectful. They took our luggage’s in our room and gave us a welcome drink. It’s kids friendly and a lot of things kids can do around.Theres a bar that kids can also have a drink, show at night with kahoot that gives the winner prize! Theres restaurants and a buffet that are amazing. The restaurants closes and opens, but they could have said it more clearly in signs or a note. But everything was AMAZING with beautiful views.

This hotel was fantastic for me and my family, we have a 4 year old and the pools, playground and entertainment were perfect for him. The food was of good quality and variation, the rooms were clean and modern and the staff were always polite and friendly

This was our first family holiday with two young children. The hotel room was perfect, it had everything we needed and was very spacious (1 bed suite with balcony). The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. We had all inclusive, there was a great selection of food and drinks and plenty of variety for the children too. The swimming pools are perfect for young children and adults, the depths are great in both 'family' pools. The entertainment in the evening was great for all the family and lots of dancing for the children. We hired an extra pushchair from reception free of charge which we used to walk the children to the Old Town. When we return to Alcudia there is no where else we would rather stay. This hotel is perfect.

Relaxing all inclusive with good food and variety of restaurants. Nice, clean and cool gym at great location with a view. Sunbeds in the pool and evening entertainment also very good.

What a great hotel! Just perfect. We will be coming back for sure. Myself (44 year old man) my Wife and our 18 month old son had an amazing time.

High standard hotel from the moment you arrive - probably the best family hotel in the area. Great staff, rooms and cleanlyness. Very nice outside garden and pool areas. Plus for many different pools to choose from; both high activity kid pools and more quiet pools/areas. Great location with just a short walk to restaurants and shops in the Port Alcudia area. Recommended!

We are very satisfied with the hotel's services, the room service staff is very clean, everything is new. The activities for adults and children are fun. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet are very delicious. Water activities for adults and children from 5-9 yrs old need to be enriched.
