When I arrived at the Hampton Inn, I encountered an unexpected challenge that could have easily turned my trip sour. Due to a mishap with *******, my reservation was nowhere to be found in the hotel's system. Such situations are often met with a standard response suggesting the guest resolve the issue with the third party. However, what I experienced was far from standard; it was exceptional, all thanks to the hotel manager, Rohitha Basnayake.
Instead of directing me to solve the problem with ******* on my own, Rohitha took it upon himself to ensure my issue was resolved. Demonstrating true dedication to guest satisfaction, he personally called *******, meticulously searched through his computer systems, and remained by my side for nearly 40 minutes until the issue was fully resolved. His commitment, patience, & genuine kindness during this stressful time were nothing short of remarkable.
It's rare to encounter such a high level of care & customer service in today's fast-paced world. Rohitha's actions not only salvaged my stay but also left a lasting impression that will keep me coming back to the Hampton Inn. I am profoundly grateful for his help & cannot commend him enough for his exceptional service and kindness.
