這個酒店太奢華了，我覺得在歐洲能住到這樣的酒店其實是很難得的。這個W很特別，跟其他W不一樣，它是在改造一個很老的一個經典建築。所以我們住在的這棟樓裏面呢，它是以前的客房改的，所以他和其他的W那種比較現代的設計風格不太一樣，會偏古典，但是它的設備又是很新的，很現代的，最特別之處就是它的廁所。它每一個衞生間都是有一幅特別的這種叫做藝術畫作磚磚畫在裏面，是這個是很特別的體驗。整個W它的大廳，它的裝飾不是那種富麗堂皇的，非常大的，但是又非常的精簡和優雅，我非常喜歡，然後地點也很好

不推薦！非常不推薦！這家酒店的系統有很大問題。首先明明在網上付款了房費，到達酒店的時候前台又要讓我反覆付款，最後溝通解決了。然後在入住的第二天晚上，我們收到了莫名其妙的消費扣費，去跟前台溝通是系統又刷了一次我與授權。我們離開的時候是半夜，前台又一次要求我付房費，我們反覆溝通説已經付過了，並且把conformation郵件給他們，總之就是折騰了很久才讓我們走，最後耽誤我退税時間。
然後酒店的服務人員其實都挺專業的。然後他們的温泉體驗非常非常棒，員工也很熱情。
但是房間窗户不能開，廁所抽風系統也不好很悶。雖然員工都很可愛，但是不推薦這個酒店。
