The room was spacious and the kitchen was great, though I didn't use it much. The staff were very enthusiastic and parking was convenient. It's not far from the city center, making it good value for money.

The place was clean, the staff were very friendly attentive. And they went out of their way to make out stay absolutely wonderful. We love staying there every time I’m down there It’s close to Preston market and walking to some beautiful restaurants

Very nice, good location. Receptionist was nice and helpful! Luckily she (a Thai lady) assisted me to reserve a Carpark space.

Although only a short stay it was all excellent. The only issue I had was when I rang the phone landline for prior checkin and rec'd s msg that the number in the country i was ringing wasn't available, and I was on Coburg.

Wonderful stay at the Quest Preston. Jasmine welcomed us and gave us an 11am check out, which we were very grateful for after a family gathering which ran very late. The apartment was clean, the bed was super comfy, the tea, coffee, hot chocolate and Tim Tams were greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. We will most definitely be back, thank you so much 😍

Staff are very nice, polite, warm, with smile on the face, sincerity, answer our questions with patience and kindness. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby. Traffic is convenient as quite near to bus stops, tram, train stations. The environment is quiet.

Was a lovely place to stay. Will definitely stay there again when visiting Melbourne. Clean , staff were lovely , security parking . Easy access to local coffee shops. Highly Recommended

The hotel-style apartment doesn't have a 24-hour reception, but that doesn't affect your stay. It has kitchenware, perfect for travelers who want to cook. There's a large supermarket and buffet nearby. Personally, I think it's excellent value for money and definitely worth staying at! The hotel isn't in the city center, it's in Melbourne's northern suburbs.
