"Overall hotel is very lovely, super clean and peaceful. We booked room with a pool access and didn’t like it at all. Everything was so worn out, shiny tiles on the floor made it look dirty all the time. Acoustics was horrible. Above us was an Asian family…… felt like 10 people there, they were screaming, laughing, running in the room until the late night and you can hear absolutely all! And the worst thing was a lot of insects on our bed - dead and alive, flying, scrolling. So first night was a nightmare….. but we managed to change it for a bungalow and it was absolutely lovely. Nice design, silent, very clean, no insects inside. Food in the hotel restaurant is not the best. First evening we had there fried fish, they brought it fully covered in ketchup. One of the waitresses recognized Slav face in me and was constantly trying to speak in broken Russian with me and my husband, even after we said I am Ukrainian and my husband is Turkish, he doesn’t understand Russian and I don’t want to hear it. So we never ate there again. But breakfast was very nice, not very wide variety, but all super fresh. absolutely lovely egg station. Somehow they manage to cook each type of eggs in the very delicious way. Few words about beach and island itself. We traveled in the beginning of June and I was searching a lot of about life and activities on the island before coming….. couldn’t find much, so was relying on google maps showing a lot of bars and restaurants around. So, it is pretty frustrating, absolutely everything closed because it is a rain season. Beach looks very abandoned, only few hotels work, all other places look like people left in hurry and didn’t care about anything. In the storm beach is full of sharp glass and other trash and no one cleans it. You need to watch your step all the time. But I can imagine in the season and good weather it must be a very nice wide and still silent beach to walk. Nature is absolutely crazy, so many birds, lizards, snakes and other living things even on the territory of the hotel. Also they are taking care about two lovely cats, so we were constantly buying them some treats and wet food."

"Two couples stopped in beach bungalows, absolutely fabulous, large accomodatio, high standard and very clean. Good breakfast and friendly staff. This is part of a former.much larger complex closed during covid and being refurbished, as such the approach is a long road isolating the resort. Managed to walk down beach and out to shops. Several restaurants and bar adjacent to the resort on the beach, particularly recomment the Thai Cat. No swimming pool on site but sea was very warm. Would.highly recommend and would return."

"It was truly beautiful, one of the best stay of my life. The whole stay from the transfer from the airport to the end of the stay was organised to the smallest details. Franck the hotel management and his team doing a really amazing work. Room was spotlessly clean, also the pool area was clean and well maintained. The place is is on Koh Lanta, which is not too touristy, which is a great thing for a relaxing stay. Wifi was sarong at the whole resort. Great gym facility. Excellent breakfast with a great view on the beachfront. Overall 10/10 stay, highly recommended."

"The overall is very good, the sunset is simply invincible. There are groups of hermit crabs on the beach at night. There is nothing to say about the ecological environment. It’s just that Lanta Town is a bit poor, and the infrastructure is not comparable to that of Ao Nang, Krabi, Phuket. There are gains and losses, just go decisively if you like quietness and original ecology."

"The hotel is located a little away from the main road that runs along the coast, so you can't hear any noise. It’s probably not very convenient to get to it on foot in the dark, there’s really no lighting, cell phone towers stick out nearby in the dark, we were by car, so it’s not critical). I liked the hotel itself, the stay was comfortable, the room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the staff were friendly, upon check-in we were treated to a welcome drink, which was very useful in the hot weather."

"The hotel is very nice, huge rooms and many warm and most importantly clean pools (even next to the sea the pool was clean, it smelled a little of chlorine, but better than all sorts of rotaviruses). Mostly Swedish package tourists are on holiday. Breakfasts are normal, no frills, but also quite varied. Everything is clean and tidy, there was no shortage of fruit, etc., everything is brought at once. The territory is huge, green. There is a playground and a children's water slide. Cafes and restaurants are mainly located on the beach line. The sand on the beach is very dense, you can even walk with a stroller."

"Lanta Corner Resort has the most kind, friendly staff who will help you organise bikes or ferry transfer. The resort looks amazing in the pictures and the setting is beautiful. However, the bar and restaurant don't open after breakfast which results in everyone leaving the resort during the day. Breakfast was a buffet which was very poor with cold food and limited choice. There was no music or atmosphere around the resort, just silence. At night, the air con made loud noises and a few windows did not have curtains so the room was so bright. The resort has huge potential. If they played music on a speaker and opened a bar & restaurant in the afternoons it would transform the resort."
