Amazing place. Clean and recently built Bungalows. Hot shower. AC works well and is not noisy. Beautiful well maintained garden with a little river passing throigh. Friendly, helpful and smiley staff and owner. You're surrounded by forest and can hear and see the birds. Five minutes by scooter to Klong Nin Beach which has everything you may need, shops, cafés, restaurants... All that at a very good price. We'd go back for sure and we definitely recommend it to everyone. Thank you 🙏

Guest UserGood little road-side hotel with a short walk to the beach. Great service. Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean room. Great service. Stayed for only 1 night. Hotel is located approximately in the middle of the island (north to south); rent a motorbike from the hotel and go explore Koh Lanta.

Charming place right on a beautiful clean beach that is not crowded and swimmable. The staff are lovely (thanks, Sue!) food surprisingly good (fish BBQ!) and you can get scooters right at the place. We actually checked in to the more luxury option on this beach and then moved here instead because it felt way more friendly.
Don’t come here if you want to party, it’s at the far south of all the beaches and over some huge hills to the next gathering of shops (although there is laundry and a few restaurants and a basic shop nearby). And don’t expect satin sheets or huge rooms, it is what it is and that’s a bit rustic. But for what it is, and the price, you can’t do better.

There are many good things about this hotel:
- located close to the Saladan Pier where the boats dock, and just next door to the night market that offers food and shopping
- welcoming and helpful staff (the hotel has no elevator, but the receptionist offered himself to carry my bag to the second floor
- free use of washing machine on the rooftop, all you need is buy a detergent in the supermarket nearby (5 baht)
- small kitchen if you would wish to prepare some food of your own
- vivid lobby brightened up by graffiti, with free water and a small library
- rooftop terrace with a hammock, with sadly not spectacular view (the roof of the market is quite unappealing - some graffiti artist should cover that too ;))
What could be improved?
- big bed is actually two twin beds connected together. Also, they are wrapped in that plastic which you can feel under the sheets :(
- I felt the cleanliness of the room could be on a higher level, especially floors and bathroom
- no handsoap in the bathroom (I used the shower gel, but even that one was fixed for the wall, so it doesnt get stolen, I guess?)
- just two big towels per room (no small towels, or a floor towel)
- even when at maximum, water temperature never gets hot or truly warm
- the hotel looks a bit run down, and could use some facelifting. There are holes in the floor of the common area, the bathroom seems unfinished, with exposed walls and some ventilation openings plugged with - plastic bags?
- i think key deposit of 500 baht is such an unneeded nuisance in these modern times - cant they just charge you if you lose it?

Friendly place run by the very-helpful Marcos from Portugal. Comfortable bungaloes with verandas. Good location right in middle of island, so great if you have your own transport and like access to both sides of Ko Lanta and more green surroundings. Marcos can help you rent a scooter. Simple Thai restaurants within very easy walking distance. Shops 5 mins by motorbike down the hill. Large shared kitchen available if you wish to cook.

A charming hotel run by a very helpful and pleasant owner.
Unfortunately, I regret booking 8 nights. It's a bit like spending your vacation at a highway rest area. Located directly on a four-lane road where young locals speed by on their scooters with their exhausts open. As a result, the crowing of neighboring roosters becomes very pleasant.
Bungalows with a beautiful pool and a pleasant setting, daily housekeeping (it's better to chase away ants), quick repairs (clogged sink and water cut-off), and a comfortable bed.
If it's just for sleeping and getting around, it's possible - a scooter (rented on-site at a good price) is essential - don't expect to be able to walk to the beach or restaurants.
Conclusion: A stopgap for one or two days and much too expensive for the service compared to other places.
PS: English is barely spoken, so communication is limited, and the breakfast is very average.

On recommande à 100% !

Excellent resort situated 5 min walk from long beach and next door to KoHub coworking. The location is however a bit quieter than other areas. 7-11 is a bit of a walk, but there are a couple of mini marts and restaurants around. Not an issue if you have a scooter but by foot it was a bit limited. The bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept on in Thailand (not rock hard like many others). Staff are very kind and helpful. Would stay again.

Location was ok. To get to most restaurants a tuk tuk was needed. The hotel is split into 3 parts which was not too clear when we booked. The room we booked was nearer the road and was more of a self service room. There are rooms in between the beach and the lobby but they looked largely out of use. Finally the beach bungalows looked very nice and well maintained. The apartel rooms were a 10 minute walk to the beach. Not a problem but something to be aware of before booking. The room itself was clean and pretty standard. The hotel staff at reception were super friendly and helped us book transfers, laundry etc all in one place too.
