Amazing
Mmaya rosThe resort is absolutely amazing.
It has 2 big pools, a great and clean beach, you can do sap, snorkeling and just hang.
Very pretty restaurant at the cliff but even better at the beach.
The room service was great and we loved koh lanta.
The transport to the krabi air port is a big plus.
I have to be honest, in our first day, the service was not so great, the stuff looked like they are suffer, and some tables got a lot of attention, but ours, well eventually we had to stand and go look for some waiter to ask the bill.
Let's put it that way- we have seen much happier stuff in a 4 stars resorts.
But the second night and third, we have to mention wud and fung were the best service and vibe at the beach restaurant.
Even though we are a smokers, they arranged a beautiful table, and even got us some cookies and special tabbaco.
Overall, beautiful place and people.
We will definitely return.

CChristiaan the travellerVery luxurious resort with all excellent facilities. Location on the south is very nice, but don’t expect a lively outgoing atmosphere when you leave the resort. A scooter is really mandatory.
Perfect stay to chill and enjoy the private beach. Pool is most of the team full with kids… just don’t go to the pool 😜

The facilities need to be improved. There is no hair dryer and hot water bottle. It has to be given. It feels too strange. Is there still no hair dryer for washing my hair? Why bother? The deposit of 1000 is also strange. I stayed in 6 hotels throughout the whole process, the only hotel that received a deposit.
It may be the peak season relationship, Trip.com reservation, 8 Chairman Mao for one night, expensive, does not match the facilities, I feel that 4, 5 are OK.

RReuven KoganWe enjoyed our stay of 4 nights at this resort. We a superior room at a complex of 2 floors, ours was at the ground floor. Room was comfort, clean and quiet. The resort in a very large area, a lot of trees, vegetation and ponds, all perfectly maintained. There are 2 swimming pools, the main swimming pool is near the beach. Breakfast was delicious with a big selection of thai and western food, the dinning area have and open view to the sea and the swimming pool. There is a big parking lot for the hotel guests.

HHappy _CherryOverall hotel is very lovely, super clean and peaceful. We booked room with a pool access and didn’t like it at all. Everything was so worn out, shiny tiles on the floor made it look dirty all the time. Acoustics was horrible. Above us was an Asian family…… felt like 10 people there, they were screaming, laughing, running in the room until the late night and you can hear absolutely all! And the worst thing was a lot of insects on our bed - dead and alive, flying, scrolling. So first night was a nightmare….. but we managed to change it for a bungalow and it was absolutely lovely. Nice design, silent, very clean, no insects inside.
Food in the hotel restaurant is not the best. First evening we had there fried fish, they brought it fully covered in ketchup. One of the waitresses recognized Slav face in me and was constantly trying to speak in broken Russian with me and my husband, even after we said I am Ukrainian and my husband is Turkish, he doesn’t understand Russian and I don’t want to hear it. So we never ate there again.
But breakfast was very nice, not very wide variety, but all super fresh. absolutely lovely egg station. Somehow they manage to cook each type of eggs in the very delicious way.
Few words about beach and island itself. We traveled in the beginning of June and I was searching a lot of about life and activities on the island before coming….. couldn’t find much, so was relying on google maps showing a lot of bars and restaurants around. So, it is pretty frustrating, absolutely everything closed because it is a rain season. Beach looks very abandoned, only few hotels work, all other places look like people left in hurry and didn’t care about anything. In the storm beach is full of sharp glass and other trash and no one cleans it. You need to watch your step all the time. But I can imagine in the season and good weather it must be a very nice wide and still silent beach to walk.
Nature is absolutely crazy, so many birds, lizards, snakes and other living things even on the territory of the hotel. Also they are taking care about two lovely cats, so we were constantly buying them some treats and wet food.

Water park looks ok (we didn't get in/on any of the water slides).
Swimming pool looks a bit cloudy.
Playground area is gravel ground and equipments are pretty rusty.
Would be a bit more convenient if the hotel provide free transport to/from the beach as we have a little baby and don't have our own car. We hire motorbike so we can go grab some stuff from the shop but too dangerous to have our kids on the bike. You can get taxi for around 200baht (one way) thought it's pretty expensive for less than 5 minutes drive.

GGuest UserRoom is very comfortable, bed is good, linen is clean, a/c is new. Towels are old, but clean. Territory of hotel is wonderful, everything is so green and beautiful. Frogs sing at night. Very calm place if you want good sleep. I stayed at low season, so some things were abandoned, sunbeds are in bad condition, shower near swimming pool didn't work correctly. Staff is nice. My light in room didn't work, so staff solved this problem on this day.
Breakfast is good, you have choice.
Long dao beach is very flat, so its good place for families with children I think.
Good thing that you can order tickets to ferry on reception, but you need to verify the price (sometimes is better to buy in pier, its just 1,5km from this place).

SST & PSFront desk not very welcoming when check in. Did the job checking in and explaining the deposit, room, breakfast restaurant, beach location.
Issued us the room key and informed us the room direction, then we realised the check in is completed and we can be on the way to the room (1st time without hotel staff of this type/size of resort bringing us, not a big deal).
Strangely one staff did ”pop up” after we left the reception building, offer to bring us to the room. We rejected since we figured we can manage.
One good point is we get to check in earlier than the designated time.
Room has unpleasant smell when first enter, but got use to it after a day (after house keeping next day).
Room size is big, has a bath tub (did not use), a bed room and living room. No TV in bed room, TV in living room but limited TV program.
Have two huge pool, one among the blocks, one nearer to the beach.
Initial impression was not great, but after a few days, got used and get to enjoy the stay.
Good location (good local restaurants, convenient store, laundry shop nearby), great pool, breakfast consider ok but could be better.
Stayed during the end of the popular season, resort not crowded.
Will I stay again?
Yes, for the pool and during low season, less tourists.
No, will try out other resorts along the same stretch of the beach.

Nice location, in few mins you have 7-11, restaurants, massage shops or cafe around, also very close to Casa Bay.
I stayed 5 nights in the bamboo bungalow, without AC and hot shower, but you will able to relax and enjoy the natural. Definitely recommend, but not for you if you are a city person and expecting something more than what you paid.

SStanleyVery nice and quiet bungalow. It's kind of out in the middle of nowhere. You'll sleep with and wake up to the sounds of nature. The bungalows are well taken care of. Ada (the owner) is very friendly and helpful! The drive to Long Beach/downtown is a gorgeous drive and takes about 30 minutes.
