Unfriendly and rude staff. Badly organised. Terribly dirty accommodations (even found an old band aid stuck to the floor). Lots of false promises concerning key factors about choosing this campsite. On top of all that you have to pay overpriced fees on every little thing. Overall a more than underwhelming experience nobody should have to go through during their well deserved vacation!

The family dog lodge was far too smaĺ for 4 person family and the beds were very umconfortable. We were aware of the mosquito problem but sometimes it was just too annoying. The most disadvantage was actuly the presence of our dog - there is absolutely no possibility to take the dog with you to the beach which was very disappointing. Also the quite long way (1,5km) to the beach should definetely have bike rent services free of charge. It is not possible to move around to the beach effectively if you dont have bike with you. The train is nice but with so much beach belongings its just not accurate. Basically with a beach in the location like in Spina we found it very frustrating to have to pay for a beach cabin in order to leave our beach belongings at the beach - again this should be free of charge! Spina has a stunning and beautiful surroundings - the excursions to the nature park or the nearby cities could be more advertised. The adventure park is very nice but some of the staff were unfriendly / nervous and wanted us to pay another day when our kids wouldnt finish the track on time - we have paid for a certain service and were not aware that you must “consume” it within one day. Generally the camping has a huge potential to make it a dream holidaybut certain services and the very unconfortable housing and dog unfriendly beach policy is a definite no for us.

It was the first time for my family to come to the camping village, and I got to say it was a rich and very pleasant experience. We stayed the first week of September. The staff is very kind, prepared and able to answer any questions. I booked the bungalow which we found quite clean and equipped. There are lots of activities to do such as soaking in the beautiful pools, especially sitting and enjoying the whirlpool in total relaxation, water slides, doing the adventure tree activity with the various trails for adults and children. The shuttle service to the beach is very comfortable and constantly available. Very pretty free beach with wooden little huts already built or to be built. Absolutely fantastic experience I highly recommend. We will definitely be back next years!

Before we came here we read some bad reviews but didn't experience any of them. We had an amazing holiday and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything is clean, all people working there are very friendly and go the extra mile to make your holiday as good as possible. The entertainment team is amazing and my daughter couldn't wait to go dancing to the Jeko dance mini disco every evening. The pools are nice and clean. The water slides are fun for kids and with the free shuttle which is going all the time you are at the beach in no time. The adventure park is also worth to visit and you can stay as long as you want. Many people mentioned a lot of mosquitos but we sprayed some spray at the evening and didn't see even 1 mosquito so just be prepared. All together it is worth visiting this camping and we had an amazing time.

The pool contained too many chemicals, the slides were closed off and the water was very milky, dirty. We had booked half board. The restaurant was too loud, too hot, the seats outside were for a la carte guests. From the sunbeds there is the possibility to go to the dog beach or to the public beach. There is no access to the sea in front of the sunbeds. We left early. It was not possible to get at least partial reimbursement of the costs. There would have been a voucher for our next visit.

The campsite is clean and good looking. The pool area is good - especially the kids pool. Ufortunatly there is different reasons why we will not be coming back. - You are not allowed to barbeque. - The mobilhome we had (Lodge Superior) lacked different equipment and showed clear signs of wear and tear. There was no wine glasses (thought Italy was the land of wine?) - and we could not get any when we asked in the reception. Oh and we did not have a frying pan. We only had a bread knife - no knives for vegetables, fruit, meat etc. One of the toilets was broken and leaking water evertime we flushed it. Our mobilhome was in the middle of a lot of mobilhomes and trees - we got wrong instructions on arrival how to get to our mobilhome. Depending on how our "neighbours" parked their cars, we had to find different ways out between the trees everytime we needed to drive. Very frustrating. - It says the "lawn area is free" at the pool. Despite that, we were told to move away from the lawn by your employee, because there was an italian woman who had paid for an umbrella, and she needed the possibility to move the umbrella around on the grass. So I guess the lawn area is not free after all. - Umbrellas are not free but for a cost. Though there are no umbrellas at the childrens pool. We had our 10-month daughter with us. She was napping in her pram. We found out that your shop was selling small umbrellas so we bought one for our daughter. I mounted the umbrella on her pram, so she would have shade when sleeping. Within 30 seconds I was told to take it down and only use it at the beach. Come on - it was just for our 10-month daughter... And you have no umbrellas at the children pool! In addition to that we asked to pay for an umbrella, but they were all "sold out". The restrooms at the pool area was always dirty. - We had two sunbeds and an umbrella included at the beach. We had to show a voucher from the reception at the beach - though we didnt get one when we checked in.. - We ordered take away from your restaurant. After waiting for 45 minutes you asked, what we were waiting for and then realized you forgot to give us the pizzas, so we got home with cold pizzas. - You are not allowed to smoke in the pool area, which is very nice. But there were a lot of people smoking at the pools anyways without you doing anything. Seems weird when you told us to remove the small umbrella on our pram within 30 seconds. - A train drives between the beach and the campsite. The idea is good but the train play incredibly loud music all the time. It was so loud we could barely talk with each other on our varanda and the driver is driving fast and aggresively. All in all we had a decent vacation, but there were so many momens of irritation and strange rules that I dont see any reason to come back to your campsite rather than finding something else. If we take stars for anything, we have been to better 3-star campsites.

The location is excellent and personell very friendly. We stayed for 11 nights in Aug21 as a family of 4 in a deluxe cabin. We very much enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the great service. The swimming pool was amazing for the kids, the beach is to be reached by a 10 min walk or the private train - for small kids as ours, another highlight! You can choose between beach services or the public area, there was enough space for everyone. Nothing like to crowded beaches of Rimini. We enjoyed trenendously. The wireless cash system by wristband which is used in the camp seems not to be stable. As you can pay by credit card this is no major issue, bug hassling as we had to exchange wristbands and the payment repeatedy did not work. The service was very friendly though and helped to solve the problem. All facilities were in excellent shape. Service generally was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Corona measures were fine. Great place to stay with kids!
