Der Service war ausgezeichnet. Im Zimmer fehlte es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt.. Das Hotel ist am Anfang der Fussgägerzone. 5 Minuten läuft man zum See . Ein Parkhaus ist 3Minuten entfernt.

We have booked 2 rooms in March for the Amundi Evian Championship and received the confirmation by e mail. When we have called the réceptionnist to warn of our late arrival, he has answered that they have only one room and not two and that our friends haven’t even to come to the hotel. We were stomached…of this answer On our arrival…The receptionnist hasn’t even check our written confirmation and insist on the point that our Friends haven’t room and that’s it. After screaming on us during 20 minutes he finally checked and we have had our room… I have asked the manager to call us back but he never did… Never had such a bad welcoming after driving 5 hours and no excuse at all No wifi working also

Room: pluses: very spacious, large, very nice bathroom, large desk, lots of storage, nice partial view of the lake. Cons: dull decor. Several details of the room need to be reviewed: bathtub door seals loose, paint peeling off the bathroom ceiling, balcony barrier not maintained, hand gel and toiletries not stocked regularly. Safe does not work. Reception: very good, pleasant, attentive, smiling. The warm welcome makes up for the small defects of the room.
