Rm50 requested as deposit when check in. No receipt given and no any written notice inform us early. Suggestion to display a notice at counter clearly mention about it.

A boutique hotel which is small, yet it's clean and comfortable. Good for short term stays as it is inexpensive. Location is strategic at Puteri 2 and many restaurants, shops, banks and cafes around. You'll be spoilt for choices. Check in and out was convenient with refundable RM50 deposit. Parking is at public lots which you need to pay on weekdays but it's free on weekends and public holidays. Will repeat my stay when in the area.

It's so bad that I have no friends. The front desk tried to cheat me out of 10 MYR (tax). When I checked out, I told him that the tax was included, and he was very unhappy. The room was narrow and dirty, and the soundproofing was not good. In the middle of the night, I thought someone opened the door and came in. Don't book this hotel! Don't book!
