Went for one week break. Knew it was 3 star and what to expect. Room was comfortable and clean no bugs! However complex was very spaced out and had to walk far in between restaurant and pool areas. Food exceeded expectations, plenty to choose from and fresh. Different each day, had seafood extravaganza one evening. All inclusive drinks were good Surrounding area is under construction and not very pleasing on the eye! Over the road into main tourist area is lovely. Overall enjoyed the holiday and hotel, however would not return due to size of complex and distance from the beach, shopping areas.

Newly refurbished lovely really friendly staff in all areas, lots to do lovely arrangement of pools all be it on different levels they do scooter hire everywhere an if poorly on your feet please hire a mobility scooter at Sahra s place right nx door to molly bar defo family place would like kids club back though an evening singers but in all a great place to stay food good an beverages please bring back chips at top pool bar the kids really miss that.

Bad - No bin other than small bathroom one - No real sockets in living room, one miles away from seats / sofa - Wi-Fi poor and disconnects - No cushions on sofa or chairs - Painting slap dash / poor finish - Flooring bounces in parts - Shower tray marked - Old doors, not replaced or painted - Door surrounds coming away - Entertainment poor - Food selection poor and never hot - Dirty water / drain smell / pong at the main pool bar self service drinks machines - Fruit flies in bungalow / bathroom, ants in main living space Good - Staff friendly - Comfy beds - Large TV with good Channels - Self service soft drink options - Minimalist styling, new and fresh - Great location - Quiet and peaceful - Choice of pools

I'm just home after spending 11 nights here. I honestly can't fault this hotel. Yes, the food was a bit repetitive, but we always found something to eat. The pool was a bit cold, but once you got in and used to it was fine. Was always kept tidy by the clearners. Our room was cleaned every other day, and our sheets and towels changed every second day. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The animation team, Emma Nataile, also the guy cannot, remembered his name where brilliant got all the kids and adults involved We did get a safe was 30 eros for the 11 nights with a 10 euro despoit. The only criticism i have is that it is all open and the three blocks spread out. Itt is in a good location up the hill for some cars and supermarkets and also a British supermarkets or a 10 min walk down to the main bit with bat and restaurants . Would defo stay here again

The heated pool was lovely, the others were a bit cold. Food and drink was good, would be better if there was more choice of drinks when paying for all inclusive. The rooms are comfortable and the shower is brilliant. Easy fold away bed in main room. All in all a lovely place to stay

Vila 3 We stayed in villa 3 for 5 days and we are on our final day today and I'm definitely going to miss it, our Vila was really nice and good for a family especially the swimming pool and the pool table. The beds were comfy and there was enough storage and a safe. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom with was very convenient too. Staff were very friendly around the site, the food was amazing and allot of different varieties. The barbecue at the bar was amazing and very filling. The bar staff were lovely as well as the drinks. The villa was also right next to the market and town, so it's very convenient. Very much enjoyed ourselves would definitely come back.

We did the AI with family for 1 week. Overall we had a grrat holidays with good memories. Its a 3 star hotel so you get what you pay for. The weather was great and the staff were all very helpful. Negatives are Pool A is at the top of what is effectively a wind tunnel. We tried to get used to it but after 3 days the wind was battering us and the water just feld cold. Pool B is the best bet as its heated. Overall the place is so big that you always have a solution to any issues but ultimately wed probably stay closer to the bay in future as its just less windy. Caleta de fueste is brilliant. Lovely beach with grest restaurants. Finally the food just wasnt great tbh. Breakfasts were very basic. Most meats were very fatty. To be fair there was always alot of variety but we gave up and ate out for the final.2.nights. Its still a great hotel and we had a great holiday. Its so well set up for families and everyone there waa friendly.

Just got home from this hotel. Never stayed in a 3 star before, and I wouldn’t stay in one again. Overall the holiday was a nice break away. The room was spacious however it was only cleaned twice I had to constantly go looking for the maids for fresh towels and sheets for the bed. The entertainment team were absolutely wonderful. Especially Natalie & Gabor were so friendly and made the time amazing for the kids. I loved the 4pm game of water polo :). The food was the only down fall, the food was so repetitive and not much variety for the children. We ate out every night spent over 800 euro on food when really we shouldn’t have spent anything as we were all inclusive. I’ve been to the island multiple times and costa de fuste is a lovely place! The hotel is located right by the harbour it’s a very big complex. Overall we enjoyed our time away, however if coming here I’d highly recommend going self catering and eating out as there are many lovely restaurants local.

Easy check in . Rooms clean and fit for purpose. We had no bugs in our room. Breakfast has plenty of choice just the usual queue for the toaster. Loads of sunbeds so no 7am dash ! Slides great even for adults. You do have to watch the cooking of meat at the pool snack bar . Everywhere is clean and well maintained. Entertainment at night is ok , nothing special. Your holiday is what you make it , if u want a clean room , nice pool , food , drink then you won't go far wrong . We would go back
