Tok Aman Bali my fav place to staycation because not so far from myhome.. Tapi semalam pergi dia punya kebersihan tak terjaga.. Contoh kawasan perjalan kaki berbau busuk sampah.. Masa breakfast boleh pula kucing termuntah dalam restoran.. Bilik air pula bertakung disebabkan air mandian tak keluar dari lubangnya.. Hope next time perbaiki lagi kebersihan tu.. Sari pacifica review Worst experience ever Price: too expensive for this kind of service. I’ve experience better service and facility with a cheaper price. You would think that with a pricey packaged, the service would be good right? NO Facility: no water for guest, but can switch on fountain and swimming pool. And got water for staff quarters. Food: some are tasteless and bland, some are too salty. No in between one. We rather go out to buy lunch dinner rather eat their food. Staff: Worst front desk staff that they can hire. Im surprised their management hire this kind of people. No hospitality, no manner, no common sense. You should do a re-organisation. No critical thinking, dont know how to handle crisis. Overal experience: Check in and room situation: We arrived at the resort at around 11am. And during the check in, the staff there mention that our room is yet to be ready (and informed that the check in time is actually 3pm) , and they said that they *will inform us by calling my number when the room is ready*. After that, we keep asking them the room status every hour. At our 2nd time asking, they mentioned that there is some maintenance issue that they need to attend to our room, and its not yet ready. So we waited. We waited until 2.30pm, and decided to ask them the room status. And when we asked them for an update at 2.30pm, only they informed us that our room is actually leaking and the maintenance not able to fix it. So they offer us a 2 separate double room (we booked a quad sharing instead of double sharing), they didnt really give us and option, we need to take it because we have been staying outside for almost 4 hours. But even though they offered 2 room, only 1 room is ready, and another room will only be ready at 4 (be mind that the check in time is at 3pm). They didnt even have the courtesy to do as what they say (which is to call me when there is a room or an update about our room), they didnt call me to say oh we have a room ready. So if i didnt go and ask, they will just let us sleep under the sun, in our travel clothing until the sun is set?? 2nd day lunch situation: They refused us our lunch on the second day because quote “oh we will not provide the lunch of the people that go for snorkelling because we have prepared it at Sari Pacifica Lang Tengah. We have prepared the lunch at Sari Pacifica Redang for the exact number of pax that didnt go for snorkelling trip”. Please note ah, the lunch was in a buffet (self service), so how can a 4 person eat until finished everything? At 9.20am the same morning, i already informed the snorkelling centre guy that our group will not join for lunch. And also at 12pm, just before lunch, we took our new room key Winnie, the front desk manager also aware that we didnt go for snorkelling trip. And when we make a complaint through our agent, they defended that we need to inform them (front desk) if we dont want to go for snorkelling. But their management also said that, the snorkellin

We went for short vacation during weekends. It was only an hour drive from home. The resort was in great location next to Bukit Keluang hiking point. It has 4 swimming pools of various depths, kids friendly and open 24hours. Room was clean and has basic facilities, fridge, aircond, hot water, tv, heater, iron, n iron board. As for breakfast, only ala carte available, nasi kerabu daging bakar, if you are not fond of eating this food better booking without complimentary breakfast. There is no room service for food. A lot of cheap food, seafood & western available at restaurants near to this resort.

1. We had a great time on the boat, the snorkelling trip, and the view was amazing. We checked in on Thursday, and we felt like having the resort to our own. The resort became busier on Friday & Saturday. 2. Booking, checking in & out was quick and hassle-free. 3. The resort is near to the jetty; therefore, we did not have to walk very far. 4. The quality of the food was above average. Foods were cooked deliciously. The buffet choice was plenty, considering the COVID-19 pandemic. 5. The resort facilities, however, could use several improvements: 1. The room should be maintained regularly. The management cannot depend on complaints from the guests alone. Have a regular inspection and repair program. 2. Housekeeping is basic. Toiletries (shampoo) still contains Methylparaben. 3. The bathroom is huge, it should have a physical separation between the shower area 7 the toilet to avoid the bathroom floor from getting wet. 4. The hot water is only available during the day when solar power is abundant. 5. There were no TV channels. After some troubleshooting, we still got no TV, and we were advised to change our suite. At the new suite, we still got no TV. Then the staff at the Reception explained that the antenna was struck by lightning. The staff could have been truthful in the first place. 6. We noticed some rubbish was left at a spot without proper disposal. We also saw a giant lizard rummaging the trash. This poses a health & safety hazard. 6. Compliance to COVID-19 SOP: 1. No temperature screening equipment. 2. Staffs were not wearing face masks/face shields at any time we were there. 3. No movement control/physical distancing during the breakfast buffet. The staff must take proactive controls; they cannot depend on the guests because they were hungry. This resort is a best-seller, but please proceed with caution.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere there.. The cleanliness of the environment is very clean.. There are just a few factors that I want to know..

Booked the premium sea view suite at Coral View Resort for our family holiday and had one of the most enjoyable and memorable stays there. We are a family of 3 adults and 3 children, and therefore, safety and comfort are of top priority. The walk from jetty is quite a distance away, and if you're carrying heavy luggage, this will be a big challenge as there was no paved walkway or dedicated path other than on sandy beach itself. Luckily, we decided to leave the luggage and travelled using backpacks. Resort staff were friendly and helpful, once we gotnour keys, the staffs actually carried all our backpacks to the room. The room was excellent and comfortable for us, especially our kids who loved the indoor pool and wooden swing. The only grouses we had were that the light switches were plentiful and would be good if theres labels. Food during dinner was superb as we had fresh seafood. Breakfast was disappointing, though, and we ended up going to the nearby resort, The Barat and Mama Chalet, for food. Shops were plenty, and you could stock up on your mineral water and snacks to curb the hunger pangs. Overall, it is a great place to stay with family with fairly good facilities such as a nearby water theme park, a definite must for kids! Will consider coming again!

The location of the hotel is very good, after 11:00 am every day, after the tide, the restaurant can catch the sea. Good meal, good service, deluxe sea view room (on the second floor next to the restaurant), should be regarded as the best room in the hotel, but the internal facilities still look old. The plaque is about 10 to 15 flat terraces, and the room is still quite large (about 24 pings). If it is convenient to eat and sea, it is a good choice.

Breakfast palinggg onzz yee mcm mcm pilihan. Bilik overall okayy cuma takde tv. Plus staff akan kemas bilik and topap balik air botol if dh habis. Then, Area hotel banyak kedai makan waktu malam juga so u guys takkan boring. Mknn sedap2 cuma aga priceyyy sikit la. Jadi kene standbyyy wangg yg byk coz of dlm tu tkde atm.

We were apprehensive about going there because we knew the hotel was located on the coast and not on the islands, but the location is quite good, in a very quiet place. Using the Grab app, we could call a car for €1.20/€1.50 and in 5 minutes we were at the dock to catch the boat to the islands. And in 30 minutes we were on the islands. If you have any problems, the hotel staff will also help you. It is clear that the hotel is very new and there are still some things to be done, but the staff are without a doubt the friendliest and most helpful we have ever met, especially the staff at the restaurant, super attentive and careful, always concerned with checking if everything is okay and helping. The chef Bob definitely knows what he is doing. Probably one of the best burgers I have ever eaten 😄. There is a huge beach 500 meters from the hotel, which is always deserted!
