The hotel was really clean, nice, modern, and well located. The breakfast was ok, it can be much better for Punta del Este, especially the pastry and coffee. The only thing I truly disliked is that I am a gold member on ******* and I always get either room upgrades or late check outs at vip access hotels like this one. This time I asked and none of it was given to us, neither a room upgrade or a late check out, and our flight was leaving late at night so it would've helped a lot.

We had a really nice stay here. The hotel feels brand new, the decor modern and tastefull. The bathroom was immaculate, and the shower is the best I ever tried! The staff is very serviceminded and the breakfast waiter deserves a prize for his attentivness! The hotel is a bit far from the centre of town, but there are buses close by that runs frequently. It's also close to "gourmet street" with lots of fancy restaurants. Our room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. I highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful hotel not far from the beach but secluded enough. The rooms were great, the staff is super friendly and everything looks brand new. Highly recommended.

Positive:
New and modern facilities. Very good
Very good service team
Negative:
A big design error where you can hear all the noises, conversations and movements from the rooms next door and the hallway. Absolutely everything was heard.
Breakfast was served in an unsustainable way where you had to wait for a single person (sometimes a helper) to serve and assemble the guests practically at the same time.
We understand why, since there was a physical structure to have a normal breakfast in the self-service system. We didn't drink coffee for 2 days.
