Hye guys! Nak share pengalaman i stay dekat The Zenith Hotel Putrajaya. I ambil Deluxe King Room, serius luas, selesa and cantik 😍 Pemandangan dari bilik memang lurve gila, tenang je rasa. Breakfast pun sedap, banyak pilihan so memang puas hati makan pagi 🤤 Location pun strategic, dekat sangat dengan PERKESO Putrajaya, sebelah je so memang convenient sinc ada urusan dekat situ. Kolam pun i lurve sangat sebab view dia cantik giler, memang best untuk chill 😆 Overall memang puas hati stay sini, definitely will repeat lagi!

I rarely feel compelled to leave a negative review, but for a five-star hotel, even a 0.5 rating for hygiene would be too generous. There were obvious bloodstains and other grime on the carpet, a significant amount of dust on the table, and the stopper for the sink drain was broken, requiring staff to open it. The condition inside the drain was also appalling, with hair and some white solid residue. The third picture, in particular, should not be opened and magnified while eating. There was also a musty smell and the stale scent characteristic of old hotels, truly reinforcing the idea that when choosing a hotel, new is always better than old. The hallway had no air conditioning and was the same temperature as outside. On the positive side, the view from the window was a major plus, as even a standard room offered a complete mosque view, and the front desk staff were quite enthusiastic. The facilities were relatively complete, but poor hygiene negated their value. In summary, the hygiene was simply too subpar, and based on my overall stay, I believe this review is fair.

It's a beautiful room, the view is amazing and the room is generally clean but I feel that the carpet in the room has stains and needs to be cleaned thoroughly. Otherwise the stay and the experience was great.

I had a very pleasant stay at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya. The hotel was very clean, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was excellent and convenient to access. The staff provided great service and were friendly and professional throughout my stay. The facilities and amenities were also complete and satisfying. It is highly recommended for business travellers as the environment is calm and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our second stay at this great hotel in the beautiful and quite Putrajaya. All of the staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and great outdoor seating by the lake also available. If you're visiting PJ we really recommend this hotel.

Dining at the on-site restaurants was a pleasure — the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices, and the service was attentive and friendly. What impressed me most was the level of service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. Whether it was assisting with directions or offering local tips, their hospitality made a big difference. A wonderful stay at Zenith Hotel Putrajaya,  a refined hotel that delivers a high standard of comfort and quality; the rooms are spacious, spotless, and elegantly designed with beautiful views of Putrajaya, the location is excellent and close to key landmarks making it very convenient to get around, and the overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, ideal for both business and leisure, with well-maintained facilities that meet all needs, a balanced experience combining comfort and sophistication, highly recommended.

The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. It's right by the lake, and even though there was a bit of a language barrier, the front desk girl was incredibly patient with us. The lake view from the room was a wonderful surprise – you can even see the Pink Mosque and the Prime Minister's office! The overall facilities in the room were also quite good. Although there wasn't bottled water, they provided a water purifier. I really loved this hotel and highly recommend it!

Had a great breakfast with great service by F&B, Ms Sophie and Ms Fatin.. their services is outstanding with warm services.. had a great time and surely will repeat stay here..

Acceptable hotel with all the basic amenities located in Putrajaya area. The price is slightly high for what they offer, but it’s a good location if you’re on a business trip or need to transit. The check-in and check-out process is fast.

Overall recommendation: book the rooms with mosque view, check cleanliness before setting up, location and food is great. Location: perfect if you need to stay around Putrajaya. Check-in/out: everyone in reception are doing their work very well. Especially, the manager is an amazing person. He is the only reason we didn’t leave the hotel after seeing the first room. CLEANLINESS: read below carefully. 1. I booked a cost-effective room. After check-in, we went the room and saw feces in toilet, dust balls at room’s corner, a piece of pasta left under table for long time and more. 2. The receptionists were trying to help us but solutions were hopeless because of the terrible housekeeping team. They were naughty young boys who stared their eyes to us every time they saw us because we complained about the cleanliness. 3. The manager is a kind, professional and smart person who convinced us to stay and inspected the cleanliness himself. 4. I saw a he housekeeping team working from morning till the evening. I felt sorry for their workload since this might be the reason of cleanliness problems. Food: Because of Ramadan, they offered sahur instead of breakfast as we preferred. It included many options with freshly cooked meals. I definitely recommend to book rooms with breakfast.
