Great hotel with nice Red Sea view

would be better if the hotel reception can help book diving activity

Good day. We stayed at the hotel at the end of February. We really liked the room with a view of the garden, the cozy balcony with a view of the garden and a partial view of the sea sank into our soul, where I could enjoy the cool morning sun in a homely atmosphere on a comfortable sofa. We have breakfasts. There are many dishes, some are tasty, some are not very tasty, because they are too salty for me, but you can choose. Monotonous breakfasts, the same choice every day. Juices are just super, fruits too. Waiters are helpful, nice! The beach is excellent, the entry into the water is smooth, soft sand. Sun loungers with shelter from the wind, this is very important for February. The only negative is that there was no animation, no activities during the 5 days when we stayed at the Sheraton, we were with a child. Perhaps this is due to renovation, perhaps it was not the season. It was boring. We had to visit the neighboring hotel, where "life was in full swing". The hotel grounds are beautiful. I recommend this hotel!

The snorkeling location is right in front of the building, which is very convenient. You can see beautiful corals and tropical fish of various colors when you go into the sea. Although it was a bit cold in late February, it didn't feel cold after going into the sea. The room is very large, with a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette, clean and comfortable. The balcony is large, with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Breakfast and dinner are very rich, Chinese and Western, barbecue ice cream, very rich and delicious. All service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this resort next time!

Booked two rooms and stayed for two nights. The lobby is too small and not as good as the Kempinski next door. I don't know how well it is decorated. The room is OK. The service is good and the luggage is taken very quickly. The room is also quite modern. Overall it is worth staying. The bathroom drain can't be drained twice. Snorkeling on the pier was great. We stayed there for one or two hours every day. It was just windy and it was very cold to get in and out of the water without a wet suit. We had to soak in the water to avoid being cold. It was still not suitable in winter. It is cheaper to rent snorkeling equipment on the beach of the hotel (there is a wooden house on the beach in front of the buffet in the morning). The dive shop next to the pier is expensive and the attitude is average. There are mostly foreigners. If you don't like free diving, the cost-effectiveness of staying here is not high. I booked three nights and the average price seems to be 1.3k. It may be because it is cold and there is no holiday atmosphere. It is very deserted at night. You can hardly see anyone after dark.

I took a video of the staff checking my luggage as evidence, but I was asked to delete it? What if I delete it and you falsely accuse me of stealing? 😧

When I went there, some places were still under renovation, and they said it would be completed around April. I didn't choose the all-inclusive package, but the breakfast was okay. At least the vegetables fried with soy sauce were still tasty, and the spring rolls were good (you have to choose freshly baked ones, otherwise the outer skin will be soft and it will be average). The Red Sea recreation projects related to the hotel are much more expensive than those departing from the city pier, but all the hotels in that area are expensive. As for the location, it is not convenient to go to the city. If you are purely on vacation and don't leave the hotel, this is also a good choice, you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The sunrise and sunset of the Red Sea are very beautiful because there are many clouds.

Everyone is very nice. The beach is clean. The sea is clean. There are fish everywhere. You don't have to go out to sea. The room is clean. Although it is under renovation, it doesn't affect it. The whole resort is very good. There are go-karts. The food in some restaurants is also good.

The room was nice, and I was upgraded to a semi-sea view suite. A front desk clerk named Rawan Hesham was very helpful. The English communication on the phone was not very smooth, so he took the initiative to add WhatsApp and talked to me in Chinese through software translation. The waiters were also very enthusiastic and the experience was very good.

This is the most satisfactory hotel in the entire Egypt trip. There is no discrimination problem. The breakfast is also rich and the environment is really good! The atmosphere on the beach is also unique! It's just that on the last day, when we chose to pay for the shuttle bus to Sheraton, the front desk receptionist was checking in other guests, so we waited for half an hour. Apart from that, there is no disadvantage.
