Great hotel with nice Red Sea view

would be better if the hotel reception can help book diving activity

The hotel gave me the wrong room type at first. It was supposed to be a sea view room but it was a garden room. It seems that they discriminate against Chinese people. I changed it 3 or 4 times before I got it right. I told the front desk that it was a honeymoon trip, but they still did it this way. I really don't understand what's wrong with the hotel. The hotel is very big and the environment is not bad. Snorkeling is very comfortable. You can see fish, corals and jellyfish inside. Snorkeling equipment can be rented, but it is recommended to bring your own. It is very inconvenient to go out from the hotel. For example, if you want to go to the hotel next door for dinner, you can basically only walk by yourself. The shuttle bus is unreliable.

There are many corals beside the plank road, but it was very windy that day. We went there around 7am and the waves were very big. The hotel responded that we could only pay one more night's room rate. So we paid one more day's room rate for one of the rooms, mainly to put the luggage in the afternoon, and we went out for dinner and drinks. Then when checking out, the front desk was confused. The two male and female managers said that your late check-out is not allowed by the hotel (you have paid an extra night's room rate, so it can only be considered an early check-out, okay?!); and then they said that there are so many people in one room (we just put the luggage in a room for a few hours and left at 7 pm, without staying overnight). After a long time, the attitude was very bad, lacking both patience and professionalism. Such a simple thing, the customer paid more and still couldn't figure it out... The newly renovated room was very small, and the shower water was flooded, so I asked the staff to fix it.

The room is spacious and it is a resort hotel. The hardware facilities are also acceptable. It is very similar to Anaya in general. It took more than 2 hours to check in... I was very drunk... The service is hard to describe... The food is very average, so you should consider the all-inclusive package carefully.

The configuration of the old five-star hotel in China is good. The sea is good, and the crew is pretty good. They took us snorkeling and gave us a sense of security. But if you think the pictures are good, it's because I can take them. You have to fight for the service yourself. Anyway, the room we changed after the quarrel was much better.

Juices are just super, fruits too. Waiters are helpful, nice! The beach is excellent, the entry into the water is smooth, soft sand. Sun loungers with shelter from the wind, this is very important for February. The only negative is that there was no animation, no activities during the 5 days when we stayed at the Sheraton, we were with a child. Perhaps this is due to renovation, perhaps it was not the season. It was boring. We had to visit the neighboring hotel, where "life was in full swing". The hotel grounds are beautiful. I recommend this hotel!

Although it was a bit cold in late February, it didn't feel cold after going into the sea. The room is very large, with a bedroom, living room, and kitchenette, clean and comfortable. The balcony is large, with lounge chairs for sunbathing. Breakfast and dinner are very rich, Chinese and Western, barbecue ice cream, very rich and delicious. All service staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and the service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this resort next time!

Snorkeling on the pier was great. We stayed there for one or two hours every day. It was just windy and it was very cold to get in and out of the water without a wet suit. We had to soak in the water to avoid being cold. It was still not suitable in winter. It is cheaper to rent snorkeling equipment on the beach of the hotel (there is a wooden house on the beach in front of the buffet in the morning). The dive shop next to the pier is expensive and the attitude is average. There are mostly foreigners. If you don't like free diving, the cost-effectiveness of staying here is not high. I booked three nights and the average price seems to be 1.3k. It may be because it is cold and there is no holiday atmosphere. It is very deserted at night. You can hardly see anyone after dark.
