Had to cancel. Waiting for hotel to respond to email. Tried to call but no answer

Pros: It is next to the beach, you can snorkel and dive, it is nice to see fish; the balcony view is also pretty good; it is all-inclusive, so you don’t have to worry about eating. There is a mango market nearby, which is affordable and convenient for shopping. Cons: There are not many choices for food, and you will get tired of it by the next day; there are many restrictions on making reservations for restaurants, and I didn’t make a reservation.

Everything was great, service, food, location and hospitality of the staff, but there was a very unpleasant moment that our balcony did not close and since we lived on the first floor and we had a terrace, anyone could come into our room, since there were expensive things and equipment and money in the room, this moment really worried us and we went to the reception 4 times asking to fix this problem and each time we were told that they had already been to you and done everything, but in fact no one did anything, after a small scandal, we were offered to wait for the repairmen in the room and monitor the work, it was great that we came on vacation, paid a lot of money for the room and three hours of our time from 20-00 to 23-00 (this is just the most interesting time when the entertainment program is on and everyone is walking and relaxing at show time) we had to sit in the room to wait for the repairmen, and then wait for them to fix it all, to the question why we should waste our time to this, we were told, “well, you want your lock repaired”

The hotel is strategically located and has a beautiful environment. It is close to the Red Sea. You can lie on a beach chair and enjoy the sea view while drinking a drink and sunbathing. In the evening, you can walk on the long plank road near the sea to watch the sunset on the sea, or swim in the outdoor swimming pool in the hotel and enjoy a relaxing holiday. The villa-style design is well-arranged and unique. The only thing I feel is that the bathroom is a bit crowded, especially the shower room.

Very satisfied, eating, drinking and having fun are all solved in the hotel. Although the hotel is not so new, it has everything it should have. It is worth mentioning that the beach is really great and the sea water is super clear. I will choose this hotel next time.

I fell in love with this place from the first moment I entered the store. The blue sea is right in front of me. It's super safe to stay in. The hotel can only be used by adults, and there is no noise from children. The restaurant and swimming pool are very suitable for a quiet vacation. The sea view room is very beautiful , Snorkeling is also very convenient, the hotel's luggage service is very good, when we moved to the next hotel, we also provided a paid car delivery service, the price is reasonable and the service is super good, will come again.

Nice place - green and clean , plenty of tasty food , the stuff is the best team in the world! What about rooms - needs refreshing, very hard and fluffy pillows I’ve ever had, air conditioner runs really noisy and you can’t keep it going for a long time or for a time you need if you are inside just because of that noise- it exhausts you. The beach a really love, but as for me I need also place near water to sit or lay - you don’t have it, stairs to water and that’s it.

We were on vacation with my mother. It was just wonderful ❤️ I really liked the hotel, incredible atmosphere, good service, delicious food, and the animators are a special love, a special big thank you to the guys (Omar and Omar) ❤️ they know how to approach guests and it's a lot of fun with them. The impressions are incredible after the vacation. Thank you so much
