這次是出差過來的，沒想到蘄春也開了一家維也納酒店。一直選擇維也納。
設施：酒店比較新，剛開業一年多。
衞生：細節衞生做得非常好。
環境：周邊吃飯的地方比較多。
前台小姐姐很漂亮，服務態度很好。很專業。下次還會過來。

酒店很新，房間很大，很整潔很乾凈，讓我這種潔癖患者無可挑剔。房間設施也很新穎不落後。環境非常好，隔音也很好，住的很舒適，也沒有人吵，價格也很優惠。服務非常好，非常熱情，都面帶笑容輕聲細語的，給人家的感覺，下次還會再來的！！！

服務的一分扣在接待我們的小姐姐。本來是衝著看電影訂的影音房（非特價，有窗），結果升級成了高級房（房價低於影音，不知道升級的意義何在？）説明後，又升級成了豪華房。我們提出了看電影的需求，未置可否，沖“豪華”二字，我們認為小姐姐沒否認就是説能看。結果，出去晚飯了回來，9點多，發現看不了，再聯繫前台，再換回影音房，把散亂的行李收拾起來換房，折騰半天還是回到原點🤷為什麼一開始不給開呢？據夜間值班的前台説，那位小姐姐是新人，當時候也確實沒有房間，那每天的退房是14點，我們入住，已經過了18：30，還看不出來有沒有房嗎？建議自查一下和攜程等平台的同步問題。
除了“升級”插曲，其他都挺好，特別是值夜班的小姐姐，那麼晚還給我們及時解決問題；樓層小哥哥也很盡責，因為説是臨時收拾出來的房間，入住後發現沒有刮鬍刀，第一速度送到。非常感謝🙏
