老闆人不錯，但環境確實差強人意1，馬桶上方瓷磚都快掉下來了，有很大的安全隱患2，兩人住，浴巾衹有一條3，拖鞋很臟很臟4，衞生間的燈是壞的5，第二天打掃，衹打掃半個房間，靠窗户那一側垃圾都沒收6，房間瓶裝水都沒

酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，通風，房間和圖片一致，裝修風格很喜歡，隔音好，空調涼快，一整晚都睡的很安心，酒店在繁華地段，下面有小吃街、融創茂、地鐵站，離海邊非常近，經常沒事就到海邊轉轉，這兒的海很清很乾凈，很喜歡。前台態度很好，我一到前台他們就熱情接待，有問必答，缺東西了還會給我來送，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，下次來還會住這兒。

對酒店很滿意，老闆娘人很熱情，房間衞生很乾凈，讓我意外的是這個價格房間這麼大，拖鞋也是一次性的，電視空調什麼的都很好用，真的很實惠，附近是融創茂，樓下很多好吃的，買東西很方便，而且小區門口就是13號線，交通也很方便，坐幾站就到吾悦了

優點：空間挺大， 窗户也挺大，卧室光線足，
缺點：設施老舊（可接受），但不接受衞生不達標，被罩裏面發現有頭髮和黑屑 ，要求換床品，被告知是剛換的 ，很無語，
衞生間地漏不通，洗個澡 腳都淹在水裡，衞生間鏡前燈和頂燈都壞了，衹有淋浴室一個小燈，照鏡子光線昏暗，總體體驗感很一般。

衞生：窗户窗縫窗户邊應該是從不搞衞生的
沙發：上任客户在那剪的指甲一堆
衞生間：通風有問題，洗衣機用時聲音非常異常
床上枕頭上有頭髮，布茶几也不感用，看着油的發亮，地上有拖把拖的大印子，做酒店的衞生真的很重要的，希望店家整改好。

前台是一位東北小夥子，人比較好，房間也可以，一家人居住非常寬敞。設備齊全，就是有些小地方需要適當維修下。如果要求不是太高，比較合適。
近地鐵，近海灘，吃的也方便。
