A little disappointed! Pool was closed and room was dark and humid. On the good note, location wise and aesthetically pleasing receiving area.

the hotel is cheap on many things - limited towels and pillows, you have to ask specifically for your room to be cleaned, breakfast is as cheap and basic as they can possibly make it (picture cheap bread and cheap cereal with cheap juice and that is the breakfast) - they need to work on creating a better experience for guests and not on reducing every aspect to the very basics - not a 4-star hotel experience in my opinion - more like a 3-star at the most

The bed sheets have blood stains on it and my son and wife got skin rashes with bed bugs, now i have to get them treated for it. Won’t recommend

Family trip- not sure how they received a 4 star rate- it’s really more like a 3 star. If you want your room tidied up- let the front staff know before 2pm on the same day- otherwise due to eco friendliness there is no room cleaning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is continental- leaves a lot to be desired.

They felt that it was a good idea to give us a room on the fifth floor with construction on the Six and saying they had no control on floor we get. Will never stay there again.

The air conditioning is working and we are in winter. The heater in the room isn't strong enough to warm up the room efficiently. The water of the pool is not warm enough. I stayed in the pool like 5 min i was frozen.the rest is okay

When I arrived at the hotel, it was a construction site. There is big improvements coming, but the hotel is still running. I was very disappointed that it wasn’t written in the listing when I chose, the reception didn’t tell me about the noise inside the hotel because of the construction.
The room was very clean, great size, but the bed wasn’t comfortable to my taste (too hard).

Main entrance was closed due to construction and the other entrance was hard to find and inconvenient. Arrived earlier than check-in time and when asking about a restroom to use, was told there isnt one to use until checked in, which was hours later. Description when booking said there is an airport shuttle, we were told at hotel that there isn't one. We had $11 food and beverage credit to use but apparently there's nothing it can be used on. Staff was not particularly nice or helpful. Water in our room bathroom was coming out weird and discolored like the water had been cut off. There was lots of noises from the construction in rooms across the hall and beside ours. Overall i feel the property should have been shut down until the construction is completed. Other than that, the room was ok and the mall across the street is awesome.
