Hotel Plaza Quebec Reviews

It's in a good location. It is near the bus depot and the train station. My wife and I enjoyed the stay. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time. However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed. The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem). Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working. Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy. There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).

The room is well equipped, clean, very pleasant, quiet hotel ❤️

Error when booking but message that says I want a view of the pool at reception she tells me she can't see my message sent If the messages were really read I would have been contacted and could have changed my room selection I am very disappointed I wanted to watch my children from the balcony to the pool with music I paid much more than any other hotel for an exterior view and when I got there no availability in the other hotels with a view of the pool The last time I came to this hotel I was given a room with a view of the wall and not the pool I made a mistake but my message left was contrary to my reservation with a follow-up I could have changed My evening is in the water I don't like the service at all
