There are no mosquitoes in the room, the breakfast is quite rich, the service is well trained, the environment in the hall is very elegant, and the scenery can be seen while eating, listening to the piano accompaniment.

Very comfortable. Very clean. We had breakfast and dinner - all excellent and the roof top dining room provided wonderful panoramic views of the area. Ashish and the team did everything they could to make us feel welcome and our stay was extremely enjoyable.

During my previous visit to Ranchi I stayed here for one night on 26/04/2024 at this property but my experience was not good and I had shared my experience on Tripadvisor. In reply published here General Manager Mr Sudhir Mishra had assured me of improved service on my next visit. I, accepting his gesture, stayed here again for one night on 07/11/2024. Because of air conditioning cooling issue, my room was finally changed to 423 and I spent my night comfortably. It’s renovated room with good cooling. Since it’s just came in operation as have been told my hotel staff, it had some or other kind of wall painting/floor tiles’ smell, but it was ok. Room is nice. Bed linens were clean and hygienic. Toiletries and other basic amenities were available in the room. Housekeeping staff were polite and cooperative. All staff including Front Desk staff were humble and professionally attended me. Mr Shahzad Khan and an another senior staff (I don’t know his name) were very supportive. There seemed to be attentive too. I had dinner at restaurant where too I received good gestures. Restaurant staff including Mr Bijay Gorai provided proper service to me. Neatness and hygiene were seen this time too. However due to Chhath Puja festival, occupancy was very low. After dinner I took a round inside the premises ie open space of the property and enjoyed the evening as the weather was fine. In nutshell, I can term my stay as awesome stay. I hope, I will receive same or better service next time also.

The approach road is a bit of a mess but the hotel is new. Basic amenities like electric kettle, water glass etc need to be kept in the room. Staff is courteous. Parking is a bit tight for bigger cars.

A more than decent property in the heart of ranchi, very near to railway station and airport. The location is very easy to reach, staff is courteous and rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel's location is the plus point, as it is a bit away from all the hustle bustle in a quite neighborhood. Looking forward to my next stay here. Thank you team stay villa. Ideally located well built and maintained. Room service available at all times. The staff is polite and very cordial. Food is very good. Starters, main course indian food is good. Breakfast items are ok.

The location is in at easy accessible, food and services are good. Amenities like furniture, bed, table baths are very good.

Good room. Great buffet with an amazing spread. Courteous staff always looking forward to feedbacks. We didn't opt for the dinner buffet, but it sure looked delicious. The rooms have large windows and offer a good view of the city, especially if you get a room on the higher floors. The location of the hotel is perfect. Without the city chaos, yet just 5 minutes away from the epicenter.

It's a decent hotel for a business trip. Just found the bell boy a little funny. He waited in our room awkwardly, till we gave him a tip. Apart from that, a good stay.
