This hotel, overall, is steeped in an antique ambiance, showcasing a profound and diverse cultural heritage. The room design is incredibly comfortable, both elegant and stylish. The staff's service attitude is excellent; they are warm and natural, making you feel right at home. The hotel's night view is particularly stunning, where grandeur and classical charm blend beautifully, creating a noble and tranquil atmosphere.

This might be the best guesthouse I've ever stayed at. The location is great, and it's very convenient to walk here after parking. There are even cars available to pick you up from a distance. It's clean, hygienic, and classy, ​​and I had a very comfortable stay. Every night they offer a goodnight dessert and a foot bath. I especially want to praise our housekeeper, Qiqi, for being so kind and providing such excellent service. I felt right at home.

Shortly after booking the hotel, I was added to a concierge service group, and they contacted us in advance. The hotel is located within the ancient city, just a 2-minute walk from the Dongnanyi business district. Huayan Temple and Daiwang Mansion are also nearby, making it incredibly convenient for getting around! The hotel's style is perfect for photos, and the bedding is clean and high-quality, which is great for someone as particular as me. The hotel has its own Yungang Art Museum for guests to visit, and every staff member, from the front desk to the back office, was polite and courteous. In the afternoon, they provided tea, snacks, and dried fruits, and for late-night returns, there was a sweet pear soup – every detail was meticulously thought out. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including salmon, steak, and sliced noodles. During the May Day holiday, there were Guzheng performances and fire pot shows in the evening. It was a very pleasant stay!

Staying at Ruifeng Tower was definitely the best decision for our Datong trip! The hotel is located right in the heart of the ancient city, within walking distance of attractions like Huayan Temple and Shanhua Temple, making it super convenient. The rooms have an antique charm, and when you open the window, you're greeted with the sight of traditional courtyards and intricate eaves. What truly delighted me were the books in the room. Reading them before bed, the glory of Pingcheng during the Northern Wei Dynasty and the prosperity of the Liao and Jin secondary capitals came alive on the pages, adding a wonderful cultural depth to our journey. The breakfast buffet was abundant, and the staff were warm and professional. Next time I'm in Datong, I'll definitely choose Ruifeng Tower again, to immerse myself in the unique charm of this ancient capital amidst its scholarly ambiance and historic beauty!

The environment is quite good, and the amenities in the room, such as the smart speaker system throughout and the smart toilet, are very convenient. However, the service doesn't match the environment. Breakfast was chaotic; there was no one to guide us to a table, and we couldn't find chopsticks until we asked for them. They mentioned complimentary bathhouse and swimming tickets, but the women's area in the basement only has a pool for swimming. The 'bathhouse' consists of just two bathtubs, which require an extra charge to use. It's quite pointless; they might as well just say there's a swimming pool. The Fenglin Pavilion restaurant on the first floor is excellent.

I booked this hotel in advance for our May Day holiday trip to Taiyuan. It's an established five-star hotel, and both the facilities and service are top-notch. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It's super convenient to get to, right outside Exit A2 of Changfeng Street Station on Metro Line 2. Plus, it's next to Tianmei Xintiandi, a bustling commercial area, and taxis are always easy to find. We visited Zhonglou Street, Liuxiang, Jinci Temple, Tianlong Mountain, and the Shanxi Museum, and honestly, there's nothing to complain about except that some of the furniture feels a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Otherwise, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay at Kempinski again next time I'm in Taiyuan.

First time in Yuncheng, and Novotel pleasantly surprised us! The front desk, restaurant, and room service were all excellent. Check-in was super quick. We booked two rooms, and they kindly arranged for them to be next to each other. They even gave us lots of snacks and fruit. It was Labor Day, so the hotel was really busy, but they opened an extra restaurant for breakfast during peak hours, which was great. The service there was just as good, showing their excellent contingency planning for busy times. Our rooms were cleaned promptly every day, and they replenished the 6 bottles of mineral water without fail. A very satisfying trip overall!

The Wutaishan Marriott's location is excellent, right next to the scenic area's South Gate, and the hotel provides free shuttle service for guests, making getting around hassle-free. A key point for guests driving their own cars is that you must book your vehicle at least five days in advance to enter the mountain. A little tip for drivers: if you're coming from the Wooden Pagoda of Ying County, enter through the North Gate of Mount Wutai; for trips to the Hanging Temple and Mount Hengshan, also depart from the North Gate to avoid unnecessary detours. As a Marriott brand, the hotel boasts a superb environment, with well-designed rooms and a rich and delicious breakfast spread. On this stay, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to a deluxe suite, and the service was thoughtful and impeccable. After more than ten days of travel, this was the best hotel experience of the entire trip. The overall value for money, facilities, and service all exceeded expectations. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Mount Wutai.

This small gesture truly made a huge difference. For the next few days, my family member could easily get around the hotel grounds without getting tired and out of breath each time. This kind of proactive care isn't something every hotel provides. What touched me even more was how the hotel staff actively paid attention to our travel schedule. Knowing we'd be going out during morning and evening rush hours, they not only reminded us to avoid congested times but also helped us plan more time-efficient and less strenuous routes. This meticulous attention to detail made our whole family feel warm inside, as if we were staying with relatives. And let's talk about the breakfast – it was incredibly rich and varied. There were both Chinese and Western options: hot dishes, cold dishes, congee, pastries, milk, coffee, fruit… a huge selection. My elderly family member enjoyed the steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and plain congee, while the child loved the cakes, yogurt, and fried eggs. Everyone found something they liked. Starting each day with a full and satisfying breakfast made our outings much more energetic. Finally, I have to mention the efficiency of check-in and check-out. The entire process was smooth, with no annoying queues or waiting. From the warm gesture of lending a wheelchair at the front desk to the rush-hour travel reminders, the abundant breakfast, and convenient services, every single detail made us feel the hotel's genuine care. In summary, if you're traveling with family, you definitely won't regret choosing this hotel.
