5-Star Hotels in Selangor, Malaysia

The hotel is quite clean and nice. I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice. However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used. For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering. For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

This was a really good deal on Trip and perfect for my traveling family. The location was good for the Curve/IPC/Ikea for fair weather. For rainy days, one can get to the MRT under cover and head to IOI or 1Utama. The water pressure was wonderful. The bed was good too. The only thing to manage expectations is that the aesthetics of the hotel room and hallways leave a bit to be desired for a 5⭐️ hotel. I’ve added some pics to help get a feel of what I mean. The sofa cover was ripped in some places, the lampshade also had some cuts, the upholstery had stains, and the wall and skirting looked like it was touched up many times on different occasion with different toned paint. I didn’t really know what to make of it or even how to review this space. For the price we paid, it was lower than most 5-star hotels, and so the hotel met the price expectations. Service was good although they do seem understaffed at the reception with there always being a queue when we went to re-verify our keycards. It seems that the wooden one works on the lift and door; and the plastic one only works on the door. We did not get this memo. They were super nice about it :)

Checked in on the 9th late afternoon and without a hassle, the room was on the 7th floor , side by side 2 x twin guestrooms which were comfortable and spacious that can fit up to 4 people per room. the stay for 3 days and 2 night were amazing and the bed was very comfortable and soft. The only issue was the air-conditioning was a bit hard to control, even after setting it at the lowest temperature, it took way longer to cool down the entire room and kept jumping up to normal room temperature. However, the location was convenient as I was able to move in and out of the hotel with ease. The parking had ample space at certain times but in the morning it was packed. Per exit with validation from the concierge was only RM3, only had to provide your room number or room key. Even though we didn't have any meals there, the options for breakfast were quite costly starting from RM75 for simple breakfast options. But overall , was happy with the room and space - would definitely stay there again if I have the choice.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Sunway Resort Hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, right next to Sunway Lagoon Water Park, which made getting to the rides and slides easy and fun for the kids. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of either the lake or the park, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The hotel also offers a variety of dining options across its numerous restaurants, and the room service was quick and friendly. Housekeeping was excellent and done daily, and the public facilities were clean and family-friendly. This hotel is an ideal choice for families looking for a mix of comfort and entertainment. The service was professional and friendly, and the staff were always ready to help. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Kuala Lumpur. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting a pleasant and comfortable stay with their children.

Stayed at Cyberview Resort & Spa and ngl the vibes were immaculate 😮💨🌿 Room was HUGE, fit 4 pax comfortably, toilet besar, pool memang best, and breakfast sedap with soooo many choices. Most importantly, super peaceful here. Repeat? Definitely yes 🤍

The hotel is new and the lobby is beautiful. The room was okay, but the linens felt a bit old despite being clean. The front desk service was excellent, and the snacks and cookies were absolutely delicious! Overall, the environment is great with no unpleasant odors, and the view of the amusement park is perfect for photos. Both the room service and front desk staff were very helpful. It took me a while to find the bathroom curtain button – it was by the sink! Both the elderly and children will love it here! 🥳

The room feels quite dated, with a noticeable musty smell upon entering. While overall cleanliness is acceptable, the carpet does not feel particularly fresh and could benefit from deeper cleaning or refurbishment. I booked the same room category as a friend, but they were upgraded to The Club while I was not, which felt a little inconsistent in terms of guest experience. Breakfast was very crowded. Arriving around 9:00 AM, most of the food trays were already close to empty. The restaurant staff were proactive in clearing plates, but at times it felt a bit rushed—they repeatedly asked to clear dishes even while we were still eating.

Putrajaya Marriott Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, with spacious rooms, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection is good, and the hotel’s resort-like setting makes it suitable for both family trips and business stays. Overall, it is a solid choice in Putrajaya if you value comfort, good hospitality, and a quiet environment. A few guests may experience minor delays during busy periods, but the stay is generally enjoyable and worth recommending.

Great stay at One World Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The location is also very convenient, as the hotel is connected to the mall, offering many dining options and easy access to shopping and other amenities. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more kid-friendly food options at breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

The best... Even though it's close to home, it was a great way to cheer up the kids who wanted a holiday during the school break. Most places are jammed, so this was the best option for the kids. The important thing is that the kids loved it! The room was clean and had a bathtub. After swimming downstairs, they could relax in the room too. This resort has a beautiful view because it's on high ground and surrounded by lush green golf courses, which is great for eyes that are always staring at phones and laptops. My husband also seemed re-energized after our staycation here. We slept soundly and comfortably. Breakfast was also very delicious; even though kids aged 4-11 had to pay, it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food and it was tasty. The cheese omelet was really good, and the breads were delicious. Overall, I recommend bringing anyone to stay here. The kids' corner was also good; kids could play, and there were many fish for them to look at, so they weren't bored staying here. But then again, check-out was at 11 AM, which is a bit early, huhu.
