Hotel facilities are good, location is superb as there is linked road connecting Central Mall, however the hotel car park is a disaster. You could get a parking slot near to the hotel lobby lift if you come in before noon, otherwise you would need to park somewhere near to the mall parking and walk 10mins in the car park to the hotel lobby lift. This is by far the worst hotel car park I have experienced in Malaysia.

recently stayed at the Hilton and had a generally pleasant experience. As always, the Hilton breakfast was a treat—great variety, fresh options, and a relaxing way to start the day. One thing to note is that the on-site restaurant was still under construction during my stay, which was a bit of a letdown, but understandable if they’re working to improve the facilities. My room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I felt the in-room entertainment options could use some updating or expansion—there weren’t many choices on the TV, especially after a long day out. Overall, a solid stay with a few areas that could be improved. I’d definitely consider returning once the renovations are complete.

Great Family Getaway with Relaxing Seaside Vibes We had a wonderful short getaway with the family at this decent and well-maintained hotel. Each room comes with a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset, feel the refreshing sea breeze, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves—truly relaxing! The infinity pool is small but offers a lovely view, perfect for unwinding. The seaside is clean, though not suitable for swimming, but our kids had a great time playing in the sand. We didn’t face any issues with the buggy service—it was efficient and fast, even though others had mentioned delays in earlier reviews. Parking is located a bit far from the hotel, but there’s a 24/7 shuttle service that runs smoothly and made things very convenient. A special highlight was the free fire show on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at 8 PM. It lasts around 30 minutes and was a big hit with the kids! The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The selection was limited, and food wasn’t replenished quickly during peak times. We hope to see better variety and service in the future. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d be happy to return!

Love this Hotel so much except long when you come to check in. Bringing Kids enjoy all the facilities for example Water park adventure located at 5th floor and first floor wonderland explore for kids playing games and joining some activities but activities need more extra paid . The room was comfortable and quite spacious, The gym room was perfect and the management person was very friendly. Sunway Hotel also provided a sauna room and locker for guests to enjoy. Definitely will come back again if price can be more affordable 😄.

Top number one best hotel in KLIA area. Attached to Terminal 1 KLIA. The room very spacious and clean. The pillow make you sleep longer than usual.Very comfortable after long flight. Affordable price.

This is the Deluxe room. Very spacious and larger compatrd to the Standard and Superior rooms. The best value in the region. Short drive to KL when the traffic is off peak. Near the North South PLUS Highway . Fully booked during weekends. Clean, neat and comfortable. Feels like home. One of my favorite stay accommodation.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I still really enjoy the location, pool, and kids club. During this stay, I appreciated the thoughtful extras—welcome fruits, four complimentary cans of soft drinks, and a small tin of Pringles. However, I did find a used face towel left in the bathroom, which the housekeeping staff must have overlooked. Aside from that, I’m very happy with my stay and still really like this hotel.

The first time I enjoyed having a lot of activities inside the hotel facilities floor, so far this floor can enjoy playing badminton 🏸, variety of choices of chest ，ping pong table, kids room quiet big and kids enjoying playing, apart from that , the gym room is well maintained and I do enjoying exercise inside gym room. The room is comfortable and I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable and comfy , the bathtub is well maintained, it is clean very well, good job. Surprisingly they provide drinks and it's free , thanks to the hotel's provide such as a good service. The location is perfect just connecting with the mall and walkable to the hotel by using a short cut at Victoria secret shop then turn left then you walk straight and you will see the hotel cafe. If you walk from outside after Chagee you will see Le Meridien putrajaya hotel just there. Seafood buffet it's perfect but just hope manager can educate their staff because due to the poster there listed in house guest got 20% and 2 adult paid and kids eat free, but staff say don't have this promotion until Manager come out, then they only allowed this promotion, just hope this hotel also take note about this.Other than that, seafood and all buffet it's super nice and fresh too. I highly recommend staying at this hotel if you are coming to Putrajaya, convenient, perfect seafood buffet
