Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organised. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and the service was excellent. Great value for the overall experience. Would definitely stay here again!

stayed at royale chulan for my sister’s wedding and overall, it was a nice stay. the hotel has that classic, old-money kind of vibe which i really liked, although i do think some areas could be maintained a little better to bring the hotel back to its full charm. overall, it’s pretty much your average hotel experience — nothing particularly extraordinary, but comfortable enough for a short stay. special shoutout to the man in the blue baju melayu who helped us with our bags. his service was honestly 10/10 — very helpful, friendly and made such a good first impression. ⭐️ breakfast was probably the weakest part for me, around 6/10. there was room for improvement in terms of the food and overall selection. overall: a pleasant stay, beautiful old-money atmosphere, but definitely could use better maintenance and an improved breakfast selection.

A huge shoutout to Hilton Petaling Jaya for making our stay so much more special than we ever expected.❤️  I initially only requested for a simple birthday wish card for my little one, so I honestly wasn’t expecting anything more. But the team surprised us with a beautiful bed decoration and even personally handwritten a birthday message on the bathroom door mirror.🥹 It may seem like a small gesture for them but to us, it meant so much. I was genuinely touched and couldn’t help but feel emotional seeing how much effort the team put into making the day memorable. These are the little things that turn a hotel stay into a beautiful memory that we’ll remember for a long time.💞 Thank you Hilton Petaling Jaya, for helping us create such a precious and unforgettable birthday memory for our short trip. May 8, 2026. I checked in around 8 PM. Even though there weren't many people waiting, it still took about 30 minutes to process, which is longer than other hotels. What's more, after completing the check-in, the staff told me the room wasn't clean yet and therefore unavailable. I was speechless. I had to get the room after dinner. Also, when I checked in, I asked if a twin room was possible, and the staff said yes. But when I got to the room, it turned out to be a single room. If they had just told me no from the start, I wouldn't have been disappointed. It felt like they don't care about guests' needs. Actually, the hotel is great in other aspects: the room is large, clean, and the pool is beautiful, perfect for kids. It's also close to the mall, making dining and shopping convenient.

Had a wonderful staycation at Cyberview Resort & Spa in Cyberjaya! 🌿✨ The resort offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery that makes you forget you’re just minutes away from the city. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a short getaway. The swimming pool was well-maintained and great for both adults and kids. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and the overall ambience was calm and refreshing. If you’re looking for a relaxing staycation without travelling too far, I highly recommend Cyberview Resort & Spa. It’s the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and spend quality time with your loved ones. Looking forward to coming back again! 💚

The hotel facilities are satisfactory, and the pool and gym equipment are well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and the taste is suitable for Hongkongers. It's super convenient to get to the theme park, just across the road. Walking to the mall only takes about three minutes, and there are plenty of restaurant choices inside. However, transportation is a bit inconvenient; I'd basically recommend taking a taxi to get there.

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

This premium hotel has everything needed, free shuttle to IOI Putrajaya, pool, spa and great design. There was also free balloons for kids on the day we checkin. However, we were a bit unlucky as there were event and parkings are full, hence we need to park the car in the other building which is a bit confusing. The small detail that perhaps the hotel can consider is to allocate 1 car parking for each room, as most of the guests bring luggages and not all do the drop-off in front of the lobby which makes long distance parking a hassle. Overall, all are great except the parking issue :)

staffs are friendly and helpful 👍 you can feel that the hotel is slightly old however overall it's not too bad. drainage (sink & shower) is slow as it's probably clogged. we informed the concierge and they managed to solve it. wide variety of breakfast foods too. enjoyed the short 3d2n stay

To be honest, this hotel's facilities are quite dated, and its location is pretty much ”secluded from the world,” making dining and shopping inconvenient. However, putting those points aside, it's actually a great place to unwind! Even though it's old, it's kept reasonably clean. And precisely because it's off the beaten path, it's incredibly quiet at night, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic and helpful, always ready to answer any questions, which makes you feel very welcome. If you're not looking for hustle and bustle and just want a quiet place for a getaway and perhaps play some golf, this place can still offer a good experience.
