I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The gentlemen working valet were outstanding—professional, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. They managed my needs seamlessly while also handling several demanding guests with grace and efficiency. Their level of customer service was truly impressive, and each of them has a bright future in hospitality. The room was meticulously clean and exceptionally well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. One unexpected highlight was the water. As someone who frequently visits Nashville, I've often had issues with the local water. Whatever treatment is used typically irritates my skin and can even make me feel unwell, to the point that I usually use bottled water just to brush my teeth. To my surprise, the water at this hotel was wonderful. I experienced none of the usual issues and was able to use it without any discomfort. It may seem like a small detail, but it made a significant difference in the quality of my stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nashville, TN.

A wonderful hotel, very well appointed and thoughtfully designed rooms, lovely public areas with understated elegance. Warm and gracious though not overbearing service. Excellent food, from breakfast to room service. A lovely spa and quite capable, considerate masseuse. Lovely views over the river and walking distance from attractions downtown, and an easy 15 minute ride from Vanderbilt, or about 20 minutes to the airport. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I loved that they had car service for travel within 3 miles. The bartender in the lobby was great! He made great recommendations for dinner locations. Definitely will return.

Very friendly staff, excellent location near river, downtown, and arts district.  Rooms have just enough space to fit a couch and the hotel interior has a great eclectic feel.

Nashville is a nice new hotel with good hardware and a big room. Hotel service was good, no kettle, and later sent a microwave. WiFi is fast and members are free. The hotel is in good business and the lobby on the first floor is all day long.

The location is very good, the surrounding environment is good, quiet, the top floor observation deck is very good, you can look at the Mississippi River, you can see the bridge marked 'M'. The restaurant on the top floor is also good, you can go and taste it. There are no convenience stores and shopping malls around. It is more convenient to have a car or rent a car. There are some snacks (popcorns and the like) in the hotel room that can be enjoyed free of charge. The hotel room is ok, but we live in a suite with an outdoor deck that can go out and enjoy the exterior. The terrace is large and connected to the next room. There is no problem with security. All the platforms need to be swiped before they can enter. There are leisure sofas on the platform, but there are more dust on the sofa and coffee table and the ground, as well as spider webs. The hotel is located in a large outdoor goods store. The interior decoration is very special. Some real animal specimens, birds, deer, etc. can be seen everywhere. Ladies and gentlemen if you are looking for an ideal hotel in Nashville, you are at the address. I have been a lot but here is a real level! From comfortable rooms to magnificent breakfasts. Used the laundry service expensive but everything is perfectly clean and smooth. Nearby is the city parking plus a lot of parking garages nearby. In a pedestrian access, the Johnny Cash Museum, the Cantri Museum, the Hockey Arena Pretors and the main street of the city. There is a fitness room in the hotel to do with power simulators but the cardios are diverse. In general if in Nashville it is only in this hotel!
