Very satisfied. This is my first time staying at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel is positioned as a mid-to-high-end chain business hotel. The price is relatively favorable. It is still slightly luxurious in the same level. After all, it has authentic pedigree. The food is super good, with many varieties and a full range. The freshly made beef noodles taste very good. The front desk staff is very responsible and helped me pack the trekking poles I wanted to check in. At the same time, I would like to thank the front desk lady surnamed Li for upgrading my room for free. The room service staff also found my hat. Thank you very much.

The hotel has a pleasant environment, spacious rooms, and complete facilities. The rooms are equipped with air purifiers, humidifiers, electronic scales, and mini-fridges. There is also a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful and the fruit is fresh.

來銀川出差兩天，提前在攜程找到這家酒店，選擇這家酒店的原因之一就是離高鐵站比較近，到酒店後，酒店大堂裝修就很精緻，辦理入住也比較快，前台小姐姐還為我推薦了附近的美食，服務到位，很用心，感謝他們！房間是那種輕奢風格的裝修，房間大，也很乾凈，樓層內還有個休息區可以看書休憩，挺不錯的！早餐也很豐盛（忘記拍照），自助式的。總之，下次來銀川，還會選擇這家酒店。

It should be an old hotel. The main building where we stayed was relatively new. The bed was comfortable and quiet at night. It was the peak of tourism during the National Day holiday and the hotel was obviously short of staff. There were basically no dishes left after 8 o'clock in the morning. We had to wait for a while before they were replenished. There were only vegetarian dishes and no fruits. The front desk was cold and the overall service experience was not good. Maybe they usually receive groups and banquets and don't care about individual guests like us.

Last year, I stayed at the Hampton Inn several times when I traveled to Shanxi during the National Day holiday and was very satisfied. This time, I decided to choose the Hampton Inn when I traveled to Yinchuan, Ningxia. I really like this hotel. The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, but also very stylishly decorated, making people feel relaxed as soon as they enter the door. The service attitude of Vera at the hotel front desk and Hu Zongxiang at the restaurant front desk is particularly good, and other staff members always greet people with a smile, which makes people feel particularly warm. The location is excellent and underground parking is convenient. There are many delicious and fun places nearby, and it is super convenient to travel. Moreover, the public areas of the hotel are also suitable for taking pictures. Whether you are gathering with friends or traveling alone, you can leave good memories here. There is free tea and delicious biscuits in the lobby. The hotel breakfast is surprisingly rich, and you can choose Chinese and Western food. I especially like the Lanzhou ramen pulled on the spot. In general, it is a highly cost-effective and recommended accommodation option!

The rooms are spacious and bright, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and features like smart toilets and separate wet and dry bathrooms showcase the hotel's quality. The front desk service is warm and attentive; check-in was quick, and they even proactively upgraded my room – attention to detail is evident everywhere. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes as well as local specialties, and the complimentary minibar is a thoughtful touch. Ample parking and excellent soundproofing make this a fantastic value. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yinchuan!

The future cabin design of the Mars base is great, with a smart toilet, plenty of hot water, Dyson hair dryer, L'Occitane toiletries, and a rich welcome fruit plate. It can be said that it has everything. Unfortunately, we encountered extreme weather during the two days we went there. We felt the power of the sandstorm and spent half of the time playing in the room. It was considered a bad stay haha. Fortunately, the wind stopped at night, and we watched two nights of bonfire parties in a row. The children liked it very much. When the wind stopped during the day, we took the time to go sandboarding. The children loved sandboarding so much. It was super fun. On the third day, it finally cleared up. We went to Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area to brush the project. It was still very cost-effective with a 50% discount. 150 per person, you can play four projects: horse riding, camel riding, surfing car, and motorcycle. The housekeeper Xiaodong took very thoughtful care and provided us with great convenience. He deserves a five-star praise.
