The hotel has its own parking lot. From the front desk to the room attendants, they are very enthusiastic. They help us carry our luggage and send bottled water... The guest room, bathroom, and sink are very clean and tidy. At night, the dishes are of good quality and the price is very affordable. After dinner, the four of us talked about the hotel and agreed that it was a great hotel. Lovely hotel near Wanda Jinfeng mall, surrounded by many pharmacies. The fruit shop downstairs called 小任果 is one of the best fruit chains in Yinchuan with a huge offering of fruits and yoghurt and nuts. We bought these to bring along for our day trips out of Yinchuan. Its nice to stay at Jingfeng district as its quieter than drum tower area. The lobby has snacks, fruit and drinks all day for guests. Coffee was super ! We used the complimentary washer dryer which is a fabulous amenity. We appreciated the free pickup at the airport which we arranged 1 day prior by telephone booking from Shanghai. The reception and the breakfast counter staff were all very friendly and helpful. The toiletries were all upmarket If there is any con - its the plump cleaning lady at the 3rd floor. She appeared unhappy when we asked her to top up the bath wash when it was low and she forgot to top up. She just handed us a bottle to install ourselves. She also didnt wipe the control panel for the room unlike her colleague who does it when she is on duty so we can see our finger prints still on the glass after housekeeping. Small issue though. Cos everything else about the hotel was great

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

The hotel's theme is ”A Chinese Odyssey.” The hotel is new, with facilities from top-tier brands. It's clean and the towels are soft. The location is very close to the Drum Tower, with convenient shopping and dining options nearby. The service is very warm and welcoming. From the parking attendant to the young man greeting guests, everyone is proactive and responsive. We arrived early, and they even upgraded our room. Xiao Tian at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we left. The breakfast included fresh goji berries, which was a nice touch. I suggest separating smoking and non-smoking floors in the future, and the restaurant should be non-smoking.

This stay exceeded our expectations! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The hostess contacted us in advance, and her attitude was thoughtful and lovely. She informed us that the room might not be big enough and upgraded us, also asking if we'd like to order meals. Since our itinerary was quite tight, we didn't order food this time, but we should definitely try it next time. The B&B's environment was a wonderful surprise, located amidst a large vineyard. A short bike ride away, the entire Helan Mountain range appears before your eyes. The restaurant also offers an unbeatable view. The tour of the winery was a nice addition too. Overall, there's so much waiting for everyone to discover. I regret only booking for one day; a more leisurely stay would have been even better.

The hotel rooms are clean and sanitary, the cleaning lady has a good service attitude, and it is located in the center of Yinchuan, so it is very convenient to go shopping... Recommended to stay!

The room was okay. I booked a king-size bed room and requested non-smoking. When I arrived, they offered to upgrade me to a standard room, saying the king-size room was smaller. I asked to see it, and was immediately hit by a strong cigarette smell, so I accepted the upgrade. However, the service wasn't great. I locked my room card inside the room and couldn't find any staff on my floor, so I had to go down to the front desk on the first floor. A tour group had just arrived, and I patiently waited on the side for a long time, but the front desk completely ignored me. After almost everyone from the tour group had gotten their room cards, I finally spoke to them. They then pointed to a passing staff member and told me to talk to her. That person walked off quickly, making me rush awkwardly to catch up and call her, only for her to tell me to go back to the front desk. I went to the front desk, and they told me to find a service staff member. This run-around was truly frustrating. Finally, I raised my voice out of anger, and someone politely told me that they had already notified a service staff member and to wait on my floor. But how was I supposed to get up without my room card? Eventually, a cleaning lady helped me swipe the elevator card. When I got to my floor, there was still no service staff. I waited for 7-8 minutes before someone finally arrived. In short, the service was really just average. Other than that, it's pretty much standard budget hotel facilities. The only good thing is its proximity to the train station, which is convenient if you have an early morning train; it's a 10-minute walk.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel
