The hotel has its own parking lot. From the front desk to the room attendants, they are very enthusiastic. They help us carry our luggage and send bottled water... The guest room, bathroom, and sink are very clean and tidy. At night, the dishes are of good quality and the price is very affordable. After dinner, the four of us talked about the hotel and agreed that it was a great hotel. I went to the hall this morning at 7:10 to use early, but let us not understand, 7 o'clock began to early, when we went, each basin leftovers leftovers of soup, staple basin leftovers leftovers, nest head..., drinkable porridge and soy juice a little, enter the hall door 1 person sent a boiled egg (The first time I met boiled eggs at the entrance of the evening hall), several waiters were busy cleaning the table. It turned out that more than 100 group tourists had just started to use the cockroach at 6:30. Ask a waiter to add food? She said no. We don't understand: Trip.com Online booking introduces the breakfast standard of 48 yuan/person. Is the hotel providing such a breakfast? Can it be worth 10 yuan/person? How much is the standard for a group of more than 100 people? After the group is used up, should individual customers eat some leftover soup? If there is no food store around, we will not use it here early? Moreover, the dishes and services ordered last night were very good. Why would the breakfast of 48 yuan/person be like this? The hotel should give an explanation. I don't know which project should be reviewed, so I ordered one in the facilities: very poor.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would absolutely stay here again. The room was wonderfully spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room to relax, and the housekeeping team clearly does an immaculate job. The service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff provided wonderful, friendly, and excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I left. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable. If you are looking for a comfortable, pristine room and top-tier hospitality, look no further!

It completely exceeded my expectations. Many hotels saw this at a glance. After arriving at the hotel, from the lobby to the room, everything I saw was deeply in my heart. I basically met my needs when I stayed in the hotel. The breakfast was rich and the taste was good. The bedding was comfortable and I could have a good sleep. I need to respond quickly to help me, I am very satisfied, this stay experience is really good! The point is that there is a pick-up and drop-off service, very pleasant, too perfect

With the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends. Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety), 🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long. - Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village. - Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats. I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

We came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)

This stay exceeded our expectations! From the moment you step into the hotel lobby, the warm reception from the staff makes you feel very cordial, and the smiling service throughout the whole process makes you feel like Mia. The room design is simple and stylish, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation is first-class. It is especially satisfying to sleep until you wake up naturally! The bathroom has a good dry and wet separation, and the toiletries have a high-end scent. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with restaurants and convenience stores all around. The breakfast has a rich variety, and the freshly cooked local specialty noodles are impressive. The restaurant waiters will also ask about your needs attentively. Special thanks to the front desk for their thoughtful service. They proactively recommended tourist routes and even helped deliver the luggage to the room. The price-performance ratio is very high. I highly recommend it to friends who come for tourism or business trips. I will definitely come again next time!

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! It's a beautiful vineyard estate with lush greenery, offering a tranquil and cozy environment. You can cycle and stroll around the grounds, visit the winery, and the atmosphere is simply wonderful. What I'm most incredibly grateful for is that around 10 PM on the night of our check-in, I suddenly felt unwell. However, my partner couldn't leave our young, sleeping child. In a moment of panic, one of the team members in the housekeeper chat proactively offered help. Even more remarkably, the manager immediately drove me to the hospital for treatment, accompanied me through all the examinations, and stayed with me until past midnight. I'm truly, incredibly grateful. The room was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities. But most importantly, the staff here are genuinely warm and helpful. The manager extended a helping hand when a guest needed it most, acting like family even though we're not. It's truly difficult to encounter such an unexpected situation when traveling, but thankfully, the manager and housekeepers were so warm and helped me through it smoothly. As a guest, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Helan Mountain. It was a truly warm and special accommodation experience. Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

The room is very good and the service is also very satisfactory. Xiao Zhao at the front desk is professional and enthusiastic, which is worthy of praise. I will stay here again next time

The hotel is very close to Yinchuan Station, making travel convenient. Soon after I checked in, they proactively called my room to ask if I was satisfied. When checking out, they also asked for my feedback on the stay. After I mentioned that there were two bottles of shampoo but no body wash in the bathroom, the front desk lady chased after me to the hotel entrance to give me a cute shopping bag. Overall, the experience was excellent, and I highly recommend staying here.
