The gentle breeze of early summer was so pleasant, I felt incredibly relaxed sitting indoors. The entire lobby is designed to be very open and airy, giving you a sense of peace the moment you walk in. What I was most satisfied with was the water pressure; showering felt like a relaxing massage. The bed linens were perfectly smooth and spotlessly clean. The staff were also very responsive to requests and handled issues very efficiently.

Facilities: The hotel facilities, including the rooms, were very new and had no unpleasant odors. Cleanliness: The rooms were very clean. Environment: The hotel is located near Gulou, making it convenient for dining. The rooms were quiet at night, and I slept well. Service: The front desk and room service staff were very friendly and even provided baby toiletries, which was very thoughtful.

They checked me in at 7 AM, and the staff are incredibly kind. The hotel is also very clean. I was so touched by the warm milk and a cup of honey water at night... Thank you everyone.

The butler will contact guests a day in advance. The hotel is located inside the Tonghu Scenic Area, and the room rate includes admission tickets. This is the only hotel in the scenic area, so there are no outsiders. The hotel's front desk is at the main entrance of the Tonghu Grassland Scenic Area, with free parking. There's a 4x4 shuttle service within the area. The Starlight Restaurant is right next to the tent area, making dining convenient. It usually includes a buffet breakfast and a buffet hot pot dinner with good quality ingredients and a wide selection. There's a shuttle service to the bonfire party, which features a high-quality equestrian show, not just simple amateur entertainment. The rooms are tents. Our room type only had a password lock on the tent zipper, but since there are no outsiders in the park, it felt safe. Soundproofing isn't great because it's a warm tent. Each room type has a private bathroom and toilet, also in an attached tent form. Amenities are complete, including Crocs-style slippers and body lotion. The stand-up air conditioner heats and cools quickly, and there's also an oil-filled radiator for heating. It's hot during the day and cold at night, so you need to use both heating and cooling throughout the day. It's dry, so you can hang a wet towel. There are sand toys and sand sleds everywhere outside the room, and sand dunes right outside your tent, so you can play freely. Everything you could need is provided. If you stay for multiple nights, you'll need to drive quite a distance to visit other places during the day. Actually, one night and the next morning are sufficient. There are plenty of daytime activities, making it suitable for families with children. However, adults can use the daytime for excursions.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

The front desk staff were very thoughtful. Seeing that I had a child with me, they proactively provided a children's toothbrush and slippers during check-in. However, when we entered the room after getting the key card, there was a bag of trash behind the door that hadn't been cleared, and the liquid from the trash had already stuck to the tiles. We had to call housekeeping to clean it up. The room was otherwise quiet, and we got a good rest. We were so tired from the previous two days of sightseeing that we woke up late. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:40 AM, there was nothing left. The cooking utensils were still there, and a chef was present, so I, being very hungry, asked if he could make two bowls of noodles for us, but he flat-out refused.

I was instantly impressed the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance. The lighting effects at night are absolutely stunning, and the starry ceiling above the main entrance is incredibly dreamy. Inside, a lovely lady at the front desk warmly checked me in and even escorted me to my room, which was so thoughtful. She also gave me recommendations for local snacks and sightseeing tips. The room itself was clean and bright, with fantastic mood lighting. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. Friends visiting Zhongwei, you absolutely must stay at this hotel – it will truly make your trip worthwhile! 🥰🥰

We booked a space-themed room, which was spacious with great natural light from the large windows. The space-themed dolls, tents, and children's items were a hit with the whole family, including an adorable Bduck children's toiletries set. The service was excellent; they were very considerate with breakfast, laundry, and parking. For example, if the children couldn't get up, they could bring breakfast to the room, and they would also help bring the laundry back to the room to hang it up. The hotel's location is also great; it's within walking distance of Jade Emperor Pavilion and Gulou Street Night Market. Highly recommend staying here!

Pros: The room design is excellent. The suite has two bathrooms and a large bathtub, which the kids loved. The front desk service was excellent, and there was complimentary tea in the lobby. Cons: The window faces a main road, so it's quite noisy during the day. A cockroach crawled into the kettle with cooled water. I recommend regular insecticide spraying, as the room is tightly sealed, and leftover food can easily breed insects if not properly cleaned. Overall, for this price, this large suite is incredibly good value.
