Antique hotel in a very good location close to the beach however no nothing is guaranteed by the hotel. There is no option to book parking (first come first serve basis), they can’t guarantee a good view to the sea even through you book a sea view room (you can end up to the side of the hotel which allows you a glimpse to the sea and that’s not what you really want and pay for). When trying to call the hotel goes to a customer service desk then they transfer you to the main reception which ends up with a dropped call several times considering the call is being charged per minute (we’re not in the 80’s, take some ownership for this please), if you finally get through they won’t be able to reserve a parking space at the hotel and guide you to park elsewhere (this you can literally do yourself without the hassle and waste of time). None of these (parking and room selection) are communicated precisely until you check in which in essence makes no sense when you want to plan your stay ahead. Overall the staff is kind and friendly so no improvement needed here, the opportunity stands for the hotel management who implement procedures and policies. The rooms have a heavy smell due to the age of the building, there is a brochure that explains refurbishment undergoing in that sense. Wifi - you can have daily access if you pay for wifi (I believe it was £7/24 hours) , this is also a thumbs down nowadays (tips: if you want to charge for wifi include this in the overall price fees so people don’t obviously pick on this or just offer it with the stay like a respectable business - a coffee shop where you spend £3 for a coffee offers it for free on a daily basis, think about it). Looking at breakfast - there is full English or cereal, oats and fruit. The terrace looks pretty nice, well looked after, a nice oasis to relax your senses listening to the sea waves. There is a chess board on a bigger scale just on the terrace, this if a nice setup and addition to the hotel vibe. Thank you for the welcoming, until next time look forward to your improvements updates.
Very nice hotel for its price. Quick access to the beach. Doesn’t have AC but has fans in each room which do the job. Staff are excellent, great service by the team. Got us everything we needed. Costs to park at the hotel. Cheaper to park on the main road which is free between 5pm and 9am and free on the weekends. Very close to Bournemouth pier and boscombe pier. Has everything you need otherwise. Lift is a little small but works well. Close to everything. Cant complain.

Good hotel with lack of attention to details. 😬
Breakfast food is average, almost no fresh fruits (apple and overripe banana), and not many veggie options, but the staff is lovely (more hospitable than people at the reception), each day the chef was busy but kept smiling to all guests around, nice way to start the day, thanks!:)
Spa area is lovely, great tor the gloomy days!:)
Room was ok, no windows to be opened thus no fresh air.. water temperature was rather low, couldn’t really enjoy the shower.

Nice hotel, not far from the beach. Breakfast was good but was only until 9.30am. Rooms were nice, spacious and clean we had a balcony room with lovely views of the beach, the rooms were quite hot and no A.C which is needed in hot weather. The outdoor pool is heated but no indoor pool for when the weather isn’t good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

I booked for celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff very nice and helpful. They prepared the card and some chocolate for us to celebrate.
And our room is Seaview room that so nice.
Location very good. I have a great trip with my family in Bournemouth.
The location is a bit remote. At least 15 minutes walk to the center. There is a main building and an annex, but the main building is a hotel and the annex is a Korean pension atmosphere. Wifi is very slow, not suitable for business.

Overall stay was nice in this apartments. The only problem I felt here that I got a room at 2nd floor and I already mentioned that I have a baby, so it was very difficult to come down and go up again on the stairs with a baby and his stroller. I requested when I got to know that I have been given a room on 2nd floor but they still didn’t change my room, I also requested if they can change after 1 day (as I had a booking of two nights). There was only one fan in the room that was dirty as well, I had to request another one as we were 3 adults and there were two beds. In the amenities it was mentioned that the apartment come with an iron but that was not there, I had to request it separately. Although a spare table fan was provided later on and iron on the next day.
Overall, the flat was clean and well maintained, they just need to improve the service.
Great location with ample parking on site.
Nice indoor and outdoor pools with access to beach and right next to chain ferry.
Breakfast service was pretty abysmal. Coffee machines constantly out of service and poor breakfast selection not adequately replenished and mostly cold.

GGuest UserWe had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch.
We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda.
Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want.
We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch.
From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable.
All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !
NNazmulWe specifically booked this hotel for our anniversary and they decorated the bed with petals which was a nice touch. The hotel itself was very nice but the rooms were a bit outdated and the toilet was dirty. There were quite a few downsides which did ruin our short stay. We booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities mainly the jacuzzi pool but this was out of order before we got there and we were not informed of this otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere and it wasn’t fixed for our entire stay. Swimming pool was decent but not the cleanest as i felt dirt on pool floor.
On our last night we ran out of water and my wife is pregnant so i went to the night porter and asked for a bottle of water which they provide complimentary daily but he said he couldn't give me one and he could sell one from the bar, which i found ridiculous. The room didnt have a fridge so we couldnt buy any water and keep it cool.
Parking was £10 a day which I believe should be included in the stay.
Hotel staff were friendly other than that but I would probably look elsewhere next time. For the price we paid I did expect a lot more from the hotel.
TTeresaOur stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left.
Our room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board).
We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful.
He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful.
Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view!
The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality .,
The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character.
This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last.
A most wonderful location for a short break,!
HHaohanxingchenzhifuI have lived a few times because of the location.
Stayed for 11 nights this time, the longest time
Room size is small
Breakfast is so-so
Catch up with the elevator maintenance for three months. It takes a lot of effort to carry the big suitcase upstairs.
The room is just above the restaurant, every night the music collapses to 9:30 after, affecting sleep...
Don't eat steak in the hotel, pizza is still ok

GGuest UserVery good sea view room, the sea view outside the window made me very excited, the service attitude was excellent, the bar was very good, which made my Bournemouth trip very good, I miss it very much
GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit old, domestic three-star level, but still clean and tidy. very quiet. It is about 100 to 200 meters away from the sea, which is very close, but it needs to go down a small slope of about 50 meters. The weather in July is still a bit cold, and it is impossible to go to the sea. The city is very small, turn right out of the hotel for about 1 kilometer and you will see the landmark of the Ferris wheel. It is not far to go to Old harry rocks and Durdle door within half an hour and 1 hour.
