4-Star Hotels in Telangana, India

As a frequent traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely comment, but I have to comment on this hotel: First of all, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and running until 12 o'clock, the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk, they asked for a room change, they said it would take 20 minutes, but I waited 20 minutes and they still didn't arrive. When I called again and asked for a replacement immediately, they could make a resolution in three minutes, proving that they didn’t really care what the customer felt. Secondly, after arriving in the new room, the lamp in the room was bad, and I waited again for 30 minutes to change the lamp. Finally, when ordering, order a vegetarian dish, the first time the waiter forgot to order, after the second order urged them three times, after waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came up, but I have already finished eating. The hotel staff said that I was sorry that I could exempt the order, but I didn't ask for the order, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef waited for me in the restaurant and said that I was very sorry and sent a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still means that the hotel's dining service is very slow, which seriously affects the time of the guests. Hope the hotel can make improvements!

Staff is polite , at check in wrong room/ already allocated to other guest same room allocated but later they corrected & during checkout politely said sorry for inconvenience.. this is great 👍

The hotel is mall oppositl. At check out, suman handled it quite carelessly when she mentioned that we have not paid for the room and they will charge the card. I had booked thru trip.com and paid and have a receipt. The card she mentioned was not even ours. After much findings, we realised its a card by trip.com and not ours. There was no need to mention as we had already paid to trip.com. We were waiting to get into our vehicle to the airport and caused unnecessary stress. I thought the service at reception could have been better. The service at the cafe was wonderful for breakfast.

The reception was annoying, I extended my booking and showed the reception,but it was not properly updated in the hotel system. Despite this being an internal issue, the reception kept calling the room at 9-10pm, which disturbed my and my aunt's sleep. This felt unprofessional.

It is not far from the airport. However, an Indian friend gave me a ride, so I did not use Uber or a taxi. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. It was a bit noisy due to road expansion work on the two-lane road in front of the hotel, but I think it will be better to stay here once the construction is finished and the road is widened.

Except for the hotel facilities, everything is fine. There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.

A four star hotel in Hyderabad. Room service is a bit inconvenient as they as you to pay then and there rather that when checking out at the reception. The Staff were helpful and kind. Small hotel room but clean and tidy. Basic amenities were available. Overall it’s a decent hotel.

This is a recently built hotel situated close to Hyderabad international airport - which was very convenient to me. I had business meetings in Shamshabad, so I saved a lot of time on travels in the mornings and evenings. Check in and check out are fast, and the hotel staff is very friendly to their guests. Good food is served at the hotel restaurant.

Hotel is located in a good location staff very attentive and very helpful to our needs. The breakfast had plenty of variety to accommodate to all taste including western food. Would recommend this hotel for a short stay as it requires a bit of updating. View from our room

On a business trip to Hyderabad, to be honest, this is the most comfortable hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are modern and the rooms are clean. They are almost the same as domestic star hotels. It is not an old hotel. It is great. I will often stay at this hotel in the future. It is also important that the hotel buffet dinner is 499 rupees. It is delicious. The spicy chicken is quite suitable for my Chinese stomach. Until now, the Indian food in this hotel is acceptable, and everyone is highly recommended. Taken day and night outside two rooms! The executive room where I live can see Hyderabad on the eighth floor!
