The room wasn't very clean. The location is great, right in downtown, though the downtown area itself isn't the best and security is just okay. However, the hotel's specific spot is good, and the lounge bar has a nice vibe that you pass by every time you enter or leave your room. The hotel also gave me a high-floor room with a great view.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Park Hotel at the Anaheim Resort and it was the perfect choice for our family Disneyland vacation. The location is incredibly convenient — just a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. No need for shuttles or expensive parking; we could easily head to the parks in the morning and come back for a quick rest whenever we wanted. The hotel offers 24/7 customer service, which was a real lifesaver after long days at the theme parks. Whether we needed extra towels, help with directions, or late-night recommendations, the staff was always available and responsive. Speaking of service, the overall staff was friendly, helpful, and professional — they truly made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. One small suggestion for improvement: while breakfast is available, I wish there were even more variety and options for breakfast choices. A wider selection of international dishes, healthier alternatives, or more customizable stations would make the morning meal even better, especially for families with different preferences. Overall, the rooms were comfortable, the pool area was relaxing, and the hotel has a nice, modern vibe after recent updates. If you’re looking for a convenient, well-serviced hotel close to Disneyland, I would definitely recommend the Sheraton Park Hotel at Anaheim Resort. Great for making the most of your Disney trip!

Very good, the only drawback is that there is a building being built next door, it is too dusty, noisy, and the group of rooms opposite are too close.

Excellent stay. Rooms were spotless and modern. Central location with easy access to downtown LA. Service and amenities were first-class. Food quality was outstanding both in-room and at the hotel restaurants. The bar stood out as the highlight — great atmosphere and drinks. The hotel where the conference was held, but there was a bug between the agent and the hotel. One room could not be checked in. After a long communication, the front desk service attitude was not very good, and the back-end phone could not be reached. Fortunately, it was well negotiated with Ctrip. The room is relatively small and the settings are relatively old. After all, it is a century-old hotel. The laundry is all from Le Labo, but it is not bad. The breakfast restaurant is not a buffet, and the introduction is incorrect. The ordering and serving are very slow, maybe it is a sense of relaxation. The location of the hotel is good, but it is very close to the tram route, and the Inception camera is one or two blocks away.

The hotel is right by Union Square and very close to Chinatown, which makes dining and shopping incredibly convenient. We even enjoyed a leisurely walk to Fisherman's Wharf and back, despite the rain. The $40/day parking across the street was also acceptable. The front desk upgraded us to a room overlooking the Christmas tree in the square, which really added to the festive atmosphere. It was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in downtown San Francisco.

The location of the hotel is OK, but there is no parking lot. The breakfast is simple and the dishes are the same for 5 days.

Excellent location, with direct AirTrain access, making it ideal for early morning flights. The rooms are well soundproofed, so despite being close to the airport, it's very quiet. The bedding is comfortable, and the service is efficient. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fried chicken and waffles. It was a smooth experience and great value for money.

The staff are friendly and the cafe on the first floor and rooftop pool are great. It's in an affiliated building and is small, but it has a working room which is very convenient. Be careful about the price as there will be additional payments and destination fees charged on site.
