It was awesome. Awesome location, close to Victoria station, Manchester Arena, National Football Museum etc. And their breakfast was so yummy with good restaurant customer service . The woman at the restaurant was very good and kind. I enjoyed my stay and will always come there next time, God willing, Amen 🙏 Most of the pictures are in my other phone.

We arrived from our holiday 12.25am guy front desk pleasant Looked like bar still open few males having pints Went to our room 7th floor although it small , did have window and small 2 single bed pushed together We asked single beds that’s just what we got Tea coffee kettle room as well as lovely shower 2 towels large white fluffy ones too , there’s soap n shower gels in containers Room small but for what we needed it for was very good We’d def do this again and stay here again Fantastic, clean and very quiet They do have parking however not many spaces We parked in jet park 3 ring way and it short walk back to the airport for free shuttle car

The hotel is fine. Small rooms, quite far from Manchester. But it's cheap, close to the tram and the staff were friendly. It did the job. But, this is actually a review of trip.com. Whatever you do, do not book through them! I had booked a Travelodge a couple of mins from the arena, 2 months in advance, for a gig. Paid up front and was told by trip.com that it was all confirmed by the hotel. The night before I was going, I had another email from them saying that actually the hotel couldn't confirm the booking, there was now no space and I could go to this hotel instead. This cheaper hotel, a 20 min drive from the arena in Salford! I obviously dismissed that, found a few hotels close the one I'd actually booked (now much more expensive of course) and suggested those instead. Given it was their fault, I assumed they would just sort that out for me. I was very wrong. After several hours of online chat and then phonecalls, I was just repeatedly lied to (all of those other hotels are actually fully booked despite them being available on our site, etc....), never given an explanation for why they told me it was confirmed when it clearly wasn't, and eventually was given the option of cancelling the whole booking (and therefore having nowhere to stay the night before I was due to go) or just accept this hotel in a different city! I was also told I wouldn't even get the price difference between the hotels back if I accepted the transfer! After days of arguing I managed to get the difference back, plus £30 compensation (which didn't even cover the two taxis I had to get). Even that was a debacle as to get the payment, I had to click a link from an email which took me to an external, dodgy looking page where I had to enter my bank details. Absolute cowboys. Please don't book with them, even if it is cheaper than other sites!

Ibis is surely a budget hotel, amenities are basic but will definitely give you necessary things you need, we liked that the shower room is separated with the toilet. Superb location, value for money. We wish more sockets to plug in and the position of the hangers are too small to hang items.

Close to training center, neat and tidy, quiet. Bathroom is good, bed is also cozy. If possible, dryer pls

Front desk was welcoming and friendly Price was best for city centre only being 20ish minutes walk away Room was okay, quite spacious but TV didn’t work, heater was not on when walked in, and there were mould on ceilings due to probably water leakages from toilets above. It was quite bland but can’t complain too much because price reflected this. However, would stay again for a cheap night in Manchester
