Best Western Plus Tigullio Royal Hotel

Great location near by the port,you can easily go to take a boat to portofino.Very nice breakfast,also the sky bar is outstanding!Close to the Rapallo train station,by walking is just 5 minutes.

Staff was very nice, location is good, view too.

The room and the service in the hotel were both really good, we were very pleased. However, the location was a disaster, it was central and incredibly noisy with mopeds roaring around late into the night and early morning, the noise insulation was really poor. There also was no bar or restaurant in the hotel and while breakfast was fine it was very expensive. Unfortunately due to the noise levels we wouldn’t stay here again, a shame as there is a lot to like but we left feeling exhausted.

We had booked in two hotel rooms but was offered the option to move to an apartment owned by the hotel instead which was a great decision as we were able to stay in the same space as our teenagers, had a full kitchen, two bathrooms and only 200m from the hotel reception. Had a brilliant stay in Rapallo (which we extended by a night as we were enjoying ourselves too much) and a fabulous experience with the hotel, would definitely come back again.

Good hotel, we will come back.
