We stayed in the annex. The slippers at the entrance were neatly arranged and it was a very good impression. Even if slippers and shoes get messy over time, they will be neatly arranged again. It feels great. The room was clean and I felt a sense of cleanliness. I was worried because I saw that it was written badly in word of mouth, but it's ridiculous. There are plenty of outdoor baths, hot springs, towels and toothbrushes, so you won't feel any inconvenience. The bathroom in the room is spacious and clean. Separated from the toilet. The bed is big and clean. Both dinner and breakfast are perfect. A lot of sea urchins are purple sea urchins and bafun sea urchins. I have never seen such a big scallop steak. I was impressed by the deliciousness of the chawanmushi soup stock. The reason why the soup stock is so good is because the head chef is very skilled. I'm already satisfied with the botan shrimp that is so lively that the sashimi sticks in my mouth. Breakfast is just a feast. The Vietnamese staff works well. I thought they were well educated. The food is said to be prepared by the owner. That's excellent. It is rare to find such a perfect inn on the edge of an island on the Rebun Peninsula. I highly recommend it.

オーナーさんに思いれがあってのコンセプトでしょうが、欧州のホテルの不便さも再現されてたのは見事でした（笑） あれだけの調度品や食器を揃えるのは凄いですね。ラウンジは欧州の友人宅に 訪問したような気分になります。 他のコメントにもあるように、お掃除は大変行き届いており、お料理はとても美味しかったです。お刺身は旅行中に食べた何処のお店の物よりも新鮮で美味しかったです。 あえて苦言を申するなら、食事の際に日本人のスタッフがテキパキ働いてるのはいいのですが、狭いダイニングルームを大股で風を切ってドスドス歩くのはどうかなと。食事中、ずっと日本人スタッフの足音の振動が響いて不快でした。また折角のお食事なのに、サーブのタイミングが早すぎる、お皿を下げるタイミングも早い、料理は一流レストラン並みなのに、給仕はファミレスレベルなのが残念でした。
