Red Barns Bed & Breakfast

What a wonderful find - stayed one night, and hosts John and Jackie were brilliant. The property is a high standard, definitely value for money, and the room was superb. Way and above the best I’ve had in Redcar and surrounding areas - will be booking again.

This is the second time we've stopped here. Like last time everything was spot on, it was super clean, the owners friendly and accommodating, good shower with super foamy shower gel/wash. Full English breakfast excellent with yoghurt, museli and fruit also available. Easy car parking and it's all close to Redcar, which is an easy roughly ten minute walk to the sea front, it's a good night out with some decent bars and eateries. We'll definitely be back. A1 Recommended!

Red Barnes is out of this world 5 star. Clean, warm, off streetparking and excelllent breakfast on top!! Excellent value for money

Stayed at Red Barns for three nights to attend a training course at the nearby pool. It was a perfect place to work in the evening, walk everywhere I needed to be, have peace and quiet and also enjoy a very restful sleep. Jackie and John were very welcoming and the work put into every room is very impressive. Loved hearing and reading about the history of the building. The breakfast also kept me going most of the day, which was a real bonus. If I am ever this way again, I’ll definitely choose Red Barns.

I have stayed in many many hotels around the country but this has by far got to be one of my favourites. A warm welcoming from the hosts, aswell as a grand tour of the building, which is immaculate. Impressed by the history behind it all aswell, fantastic building. The workmanship that has gone into the build is phenomenal. The bathroom is gorgeous, as a plumber I always look for faults, but I couldn't find a single one with this, stunning place that I can not recommend enough. I have even got on trip advisor for review, which is a first. But seriously, you will not be disappointed in the slightest. I'll be back for sure. Thanks guys

It was a pleasure staying at Red Barns from the friendly welcome to the freshly cooked breakfast. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I am ever working in the area.

Yes it’s a B & B … but it’s so much more! A sympathetically restored building rescued from decay and it’s interesting past is celebrated. Especially loved the touches of Morris prints for textiles and artworks. Furnishings are of the highest standard and everywhere sparkling clean - feels like a 5 star hotel. Jackie & John are superb hosts and genuinely welcome and care for their guests’ comfort and needs. Being locals, they’re able to supply lots of information to suit your interest… walking, eating out, places to visit etc. No doubt at all, we would highly recommend and hope to return soon.
