"Location: Whether it's East or West Beach, you can directly enter the hotel once you arrive at the pier. The hotel spans both east and west, so it's quite large. If you want to avoid wading, you need to take a boat from Ao Nang Pier to East Beach; there's a floating bridge. The harmony between people and animals at the hotel is remarkable – lots and lots of monkeys, also hornbills, and lizards (didn't see any myself). Breakfast: Very rich and diverse. It's truly suitable for families with kids; they can play in the sand right after waking up, then swim, and when they're tired, head back to the room to sleep. The food at the nearby snack street isn't expensive either."

"Location: The hotel is right by Ao Nang Beach, but not directly on the main road. You'll need to walk about 200 meters from the longtail boat ticket office. Cleanliness: I personally found it good; the floors and corners were very clean. I saw two geckos in the room, but no mosquitoes. Service: I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, but everyone was very friendly. They emptied the trash and changed towels daily. Ambiance: Good greenery, right next to the beach with beautiful views. Facilities: Relatively old, but well-maintained and mostly sufficient. The shower water pressure was low and not very hot. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast: Average."

"The view was amazing, we had beautiful bamboo house with big terrace, the place is nearly to the restaurants and small shops. The place is very clean staff was always helpful and very nice for everyone. We spend great time there. If you looking for place far from city this is the perfect hotel."

"We traveled as a family by car, so the distance from the beach wasn't an issue. We visited during the off-season and practically had the hotel to ourselves 👍. The pool was large and clean, and the grounds were beautiful and cozy. The staff was polite. After an active day, it was lovely to return to such a quiet and comfortable place. By the pool, there are sun loungers, umbrellas, and good quality towels are provided. There's also a bar serving drinks and snacks. Across the road from the hotel, there's a 7/11 and a couple of cafes. In the room, they replenish water, tea, coffee, sugar, and cream daily. Room cleaning and towel changes are done every day."

"Really great location, close to the Pier - everything in Railay Beach is within about 10-20 minutes walk, from one side of the ”island” to the other, but being close to the Pier is good when you have to carry luggage. Big rooms, quiet resort, no children of course. One tip - dont try to check in early... even in low season where there was maybe 5 other rooms booked, they still made us wait until 2pm to go into our room. They do have an air conditioned waiting area, and even though out room was ready we still had to wait which was a shame. Also, the bar doesn't open until 3pm, so we couldn't buy a drink here while waiting. Aside from this, breakfast was pretty tasty, but minimal options. Still glad we booked with breakfast as most things aren't open until later in the day. Great place to stay for a couple of days, but next time I'd probably just visit Railay as a day trip from Ao Nang."

"Pros: Quiet neighborhood, yet everything you need is nearby. Each room has its own covered parking space for a car (a motorbike would definitely fit too). Good firm mattress. Fairly large refrigerator. Good Wi-Fi. The hotel has been recently renovated. Friendly staff. Cons: Housekeeping is quite superficial. The towel holder in the bathroom was falling off. Only one large towel is provided per person. One of them had a hole. It's a good choice for 1-2 nights. Housekeeping is available upon request at reception (trash removal, towel change, and replenishment of water and toilet paper). Soap and shampoo are provided in dispensers. We stayed for 4 nights, and during that time we requested cleaning once, and once a bag with water and toilet paper was hung on our door."

"We stayed here for our honeymoon. From the front desk to the service staff, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made for a very pleasant experience. Our room, despite showing some age, was meticulously clean to the point where the age wasn't an issue at all! The bathtub was spacious, and they even provided bubble bath. We really appreciated the amenities, coffee capsules, and bottled water. Just a heads-up, you'll need to bring your own skincare products like cleanser and facial wash. We stayed in a pool villa, and the pool water was so clean and refreshing that we went for a dip twice a day, every day! Beach towels were also provided. The breakfast offered variety each day, and we thoroughly enjoyed it for all three mornings without getting bored. The coffee, made with an espresso machine, was a nice touch! Regarding access: when taking a bus from Krabi Airport, if you tell them you're going to Railay Beach, they'll drop you off at Ao Nam Mao Pier. From there, you'll need to buy a longtail boat ticket to Railay East Beach. The East Beach side has a pier, so you can disembark without getting wet, and the resort is conveniently located about a 30-second walk from there! Railay Beach itself is small, so there are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. I would definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Krabi."

"Visited in peak season (January) and it was incredibly crowded. All rooms were booked, and Railay Beach was packed like sardines. The facilities are definitely 4-star. I tried both the private bungalow, which was about 300+ baht more, and the basic double room. The independent private bungalow offered a much better bathroom and a more resort-like atmosphere. I'd definitely recommend not skimping on that extra cost. The sunrise and the night view when it's less crowded at Railay Beach are still beautiful. However, I'm genuinely fed up with Southeast Asia. Even if you're willing to spend a lot, the sheer number of people everywhere makes it feel like a budget backpacker trip. Oh, and a point I haven't seen mentioned: currently, the boats from the hotel to Ao Nam Mao pier (which doesn't require wading) are very infrequent, only at times like 2 PM and 4 PM. I suggest just taking the public boats; they depart once enough people have gathered. Also, this hotel is a 4-star, and the main difference from a 5-star is the lack of service – everything is self-service. Come prepared for that. One more thing: if you want to go to Ton Sai Beach, which is next to Railay Beach, I recommend wading through the water from the beach. Just be careful. Don't take the other mountain path! That experience was really bad – the path is narrow, difficult to walk, very primitive, and unmaintained, and you'll get bitten a lot."
