Title: Disappointing Experience at Holiday Inn Express
I recently had an unfortunate stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and I feel compelled to share my experience. The manager, in particular, displayed a level of rudeness that left a lasting impression. When seeking assistance, the general manager claimed there was no one above him, leaving me feeling unsupported. Moreover, the front desk staff exhibited a shocking lack of professionalism. Simply asking a question led to an unwarranted suggestion to leave. This type of treatment left me perplexed, as I expected a higher standard of customer service from a reputable chain like Holiday Inn Express. What struck me the most was the apparent prejudice in their behavior. It seemed there was a selective willingness to accommodate others, while my reasonable requests were dismissed. This inconsistency is unacceptable and goes against the principles of hospitality. In conclusion, my stay fell far short of the standards I anticipated from a hotel of this caliber. I hope this feedback prompts the necessary improvements in staff behavior and customer service at the Holiday Inn Express. It's perplexing that after my disappointing experience at the first Holiday Inn Express, I decided to try another location under the same name. To my surprise, the service at the second hotel not only met my expectations but exceeded them.
