Very nice hotel. Good Service and hospitality. Double Tree one of the best hotel in Hiltion Group. Food is really amazing. Gym and other access area in the hotel is remarkable. I would rate 5 out of 5

Great place to stay

Overall its good

The hotel is close to the road, so I am not affected too much at night. The breakfast is very good and rich. I like the coffee here. The gym is also relatively new.

It's pretty good. It's quiet whether you sleep on the road or on the inside.

The environment is very good, the service attitude is also very good, and the location is very convenient. When I come to Saudi Arabia, I come to this restaurant. The breakfast is very good and the experience is very good, but there are no noodles. The price is relatively affordable. I will choose this restaurant in the future.

Suitable for business trips

General service, poor breakfast

The overall facilities of the business suite are not bad. After all, the price is here, and the price/performance ratio is above average. Riyadh is relatively small. Although this hotel is not in the city center but in the suburbs, it is convenient to go to various places in Riyadh. If the budget is at this price, this hotel is fine

Catch up with the public holidays, the price/performance ratio is very, very low. After booking four rooms, there is almost cold water in the shower. The toiletries and disposable slippers are not as good as the domestic Hanting. The road is very noisy. The service attitude of the service staff is very good.

I was presenting workshops and on arrival guided to a beautifully laid out room with an area outside it being prepared with a drinks area and a wonderful array of finger buffet food. Banners were erected to welcome the participants and the room was ready with paper, pens, a whiteboard with pens, screen, projector and flip chart. I was helped to set up by an amazing waiter who tended to my every need, checked if I need drinks and who helped me to clear up at the end and carried my bags to my car. This eased my day immensely. A very big thank you to him! An excellent and extensive buffet lunch was also provided. It was the best place and support I’ve ever had for my presentations (and I’ve done a lifetime of them!) Very many thanks to everyone who contributed to making the day an amazing success!

Double tree by Hilton- high recommendation! I was stayed there for couple of days, was great experience. Variety breakfast with open buffet, brunch, dinner - was very nice. DJ makes nice atmosphere as well. Rooms are tidy and clean, comfortable. Unfortunately, they do not have outdoor pool, but indoor pool close to sauna, which is plus

The hotel front desk staff are unprofessional, calling the room to wake up and bother guests for checkout even when they have been told many times over and over NO, it happened many many times and in many occasions. This is a business trip and they deal with company not individual. Staff need more training or the hotel will end up losing bruises.
