I received a call immediately after booking to confirm my arrival time and arrange ticket purchases (discounts available, free for seniors over 70). A friendly staff member picked me up and helped with my luggage; they responded promptly to any questions.
Regarding the environment, I really loved the courtyard and cabins.
Sitting in the courtyard watching the swaying trees and listening to the wind and birdsong was the epitome of idyllic living. However, the reality is that there are mosquitoes, and it gets quite chilly in late autumn and early winter.
The duplex layout was a highlight when I chose the room, but I wouldn't recommend it for older people. Getting up at night requires climbing stairs to the first floor, which isn't very safe.
The bathroom doesn't have a door, so water splashes onto the sink area. There's no absorbent mat either; I suggest improvements.
Also, the air conditioner is extremely noisy, but when it's off, it's very cold and damp, and the blankets feel damp. The staff member mentioned that the noise seems particularly loud when it's quiet here.
I explained the situation to the young lady, and she changed my room to ”West Window Dream” for the second night. Although the atmosphere and design were slightly inferior, the standing air conditioner was powerful, and she even added a blanket and an electric blanket, which satisfied my comfort needs! Thank you, Xiao Wen, for your service!"

"Stayed here for 3d2n on March 9 2025! The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is in Xitang which is a tourist area so come in after 5pm and the entrance fee is free!
The hotel staff was really friendly as we left a note letting them know that my partner is a professional photographer so we booked a room with a balcony to take pictures. Before we checked-in, the owner offered to bring us to another hotel he owns in the area to see if liked the views there better but we still chose to stay in Manjuelong.
The rooms are quite spacious and the hotel was quite quiet at the time. The hotel is situated inside a tourist area which was quite convenient for us to walk around and explore!
If we go back to Jiaxing again, we will consider staying here again!"

"Let me talk about the advantages first. The location of this homestay is very good. It is a turn away from the attraction, and then the scenery outside the window is okay, but it is recommended that you choose the 2nd floor to stay first. I am on the third floor. I can’t shoot the window. The effect of the beautiful scenery, I have to go to the window and shoot downstairs to get the scene. The facilities in the hotel are old, and the sheets and quilts have been washed out of the small hole. The bed curtains cannot be closed. The light will be transmitted in the morning. Although the introduction page indicates that the hotel has parking spaces, in fact, the hotel does not have parking spaces! The hotel has no parking space! The hotel has no parking space! Paid parking is not far away, 30 yuan overnight."

The location of the hotel is very advantageous. It is located in the center of the ancient town and the transportation is very convenient. It only takes a few minutes to walk to Xitang's main attractions, such as Yanyu Corridor, Songzi Laifeng Bridge, Bar Street, etc., which is very suitable for leisure vacation or business trip.
The facilities are outstanding. The hotel's architectural style is elegant and exquisite, and the garden is planted with various flowers and green plants, making the environment very pleasant. The room is fully equipped, clean and tidy, giving people a warm and comfortable feeling. The bed was moderately soft and hard, allowing me to have a good night's sleep.
The hotel has an internal bar, which is not open to the public. A variety of board and board games are also provided for guests' entertainment. You have more choices in your spare time, so you can fully enjoy the fun of your trip.
The hotel staff are warm and friendly and always provide us with attentive service. Whether it was checking in or checking out, they were always there to answer our questions and help us with a smile. This attentive and thoughtful service made me feel very warm and comfortable.
I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to Xitang. I believe you will also praise the facilities here just like me.

We chose this hotel for our family trip to Xitang with our child, and our stay was an absolute delight – truly a hidden gem for families! The room was spacious, and the semi-open bathroom design felt airy and made it easy to keep an eye on our little one. The frosted glass partition offered plenty of privacy. The vanity height was just right, so our child could easily wash hands and brush teeth independently, which was super convenient. The lighted vanity mirror was also a nice touch for mom's touch-ups.
The beds were soft and comfortable, and with a king-sized bed plus an extra bed, there was plenty of room for the whole family without feeling crowded – our child could roll around freely without any worries.
The hallway carpets were soft, so we didn't have to worry about bumps or falls if our child ran around. The warm lighting created a cozy atmosphere, making it feel just like home. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They proactively offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child and thoughtfully asked if we needed any children's amenities (like small slippers or rinse cups) – they really thought of everything!
Whether it's a short family getaway or a longer trip, this hotel is perfectly suited for families. The thoughtful design, attentive service, and comfortable environment made for a happy stay for our child and allowed us parents to relax properly. I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids, and we'll definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The most comfortable one I have ever lived in Xitang! Must call Huazhu crazy!
1. Room experience: The log wind room we live in is too healing! The warm wood color + soft lighting, with the Chinese folding fan hanging paintings on the wall, the atmosphere is directly full. The bedding is soft, the mattress support is enough, and I slept in a super stable lazy sleep. The bed at the end of the bed and the table by the window are super practical. It is very convenient to rest and put luggage. The sanitary details are also super in place, and the corners are clean.
2. Service and location: The location is super close to the ancient town, just a few minutes walk to the entrance, and it is particularly comfortable to be quiet in the middle of noisy. The front desk and the aunts were very enthusiastic. When they checked in, they took the initiative to tell us about play and avoid pits. Any needs were super fast, as intimate as living in a friend's house.

This hotel is really great when you come to Xitang! The hotel is right inside the Xitang scenic area, which is very convenient. Compared with other hotels in the scenic area, the price is much more affordable and the cost performance is super high!
The hotel is in Chinese garden style, with antique decoration, small bridges and flowing water, courtyard corridors, and it looks very Jiangnan. The room is very clean, spacious, comfortable bedding, and new bathroom facilities. It is very quiet to sleep at night and will not be disturbed at all.
And the staff service is very good, whether it is checking in or asking questions, they are very patient and enthusiastic, and they can help solve the problem immediately if there is a need. It is really a good choice to come to Xitang to play. Recommended!

Environment: Clean and hygienic! The bed is so soft! There is a slight leakage from the central air-conditioning outlet at the entrance, but it won’t have much impact.
Service: The landlady is very enthusiastic and will show us in advance whether we are satisfied with the room.

The overall ambiance was fantastic. The lobby was very comfortable and well-equipped, offering convenient amenities like vending machines. The room itself was spacious and didn't have any odd smells. The staff mentioned that everything was newly renovated, which definitely showed. The location was excellent, providing good natural light. It also offered great value for money. It was inconspicuous outside, there was no cave in, and I chose a few to live in this house. The service is good, the important thing is quiet, there is a very beautiful small courtyard. Going out is the bustling scenery of Xitang, and walking into the inn is quiet.
