The room was very clean, and the toiletries were all disposable, which I really appreciated. The bed was also very comfortable. The environment was beautiful, and I had a very pleasant stay. It's very close to the scenic area, just a one-minute walk to the ticket gate. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, and I slept very peacefully at night. I was very satisfied!

The guesthouse has a great location, right in the most bustling part of the scenic area. The waterfront rooms are beautiful and charming in the early morning and late at night. However, when there are many tourists, sitting by the window drinking tea means you're very close to the boats, and you might feel a little awkward looking at other tourists on board. The guesthouse isn't very soundproof, so it might disturb noisy guests who stay up late. But the owner is incredibly kind; worried I'd get tired dragging my luggage, she personally took me and my luggage to the bus station on her scooter – excellent service!

Welcome fruit was sent when checking in, and the staff can respond to any needs in time. The room hygiene is also very good, full of details, and there is really nothing to complain about! Stayed here for 3 nights. Tan Bai said that I slept well and lived well. The hostess would help me with any needs. It felt like we were family. Thank you to my elegant daughter for ordering food for me. I was really touched❤️❤️ The location of this homestay is very good🎉🎉, it is close to the ancient town, it is super close, only 2 minutes away, there are many things to eat when you walk to the main road, I especially recommend the breakfast shop at the entrance of the alley where a couple and their daughter sell breakfast, it is delicious😋delicious😋.. Accompany my daughter to participate in the Hanfu event. The room is quite nice and unique. The proprietress is very kind. Going out is the food street. It is very convenient to eat, drink and go shopping. It is worth recommending 👍👍👍

The sanitary conditions are average, but the only thing that dissatisfies me is the hair dryer, which needs to be pressed all the time. And what about your disposable bath towels and face towels? I may not be used to this, and I believe most people don’t like it.

For this price and location, cannot complain. Was quite content. Great location, rooms clean enough. It’s a family run property in an old town and old building, so please do not expect 5-star service.

It's a two-unit-per-floor apartment with a private garden. The rooms and bathrooms were new and very clean. I didn't see any hair or anything like that on the bed or in the bathroom (I brought my own sheets). The owner was very nice. It would be better if the air conditioning in the larger room was a bit stronger, as it's been really hot in Hangzhou these past few days. The smaller room, however, had plenty of air conditioning. The location of the guesthouse is great; it's not on the main street, but it's right down from the Songzi Laifeng Bridge, and it's quite quiet at night. It's close to restaurants, shopping, and boat rides, and there are even travel photography studios downstairs. Xitang is truly beautiful, and it wasn't too crowded. A very satisfying trip.
